The instructions are easy to follow with both written and pictures to go along with it.
The back of the pamphlet lists the included supplies and a quick note on how to stamp if you are new to it.
All of the cards this month. We had two different sizes and 4 different styles of cards to make.
This was a new way for me to use washi tape. I love washi tape but I have never placed it over a cardstock piece to create a pattern. I like the way it turned out and will be doing this one again.
A couple of iomple strips of washi behind my wooden word is so delicate but effective.
I love the look of this one. The depth and the layers and the wood veneer mountain. Even the simple stamping of clouds behind the scene to add more dimension. It is a great card to send out to friends.
Hard to see but there are clouds stamped behind the mountain. You could do as many or as few as you would like.
While I did the first three cards as they were sent, I played around with this one. I liked the “You’re the Best” saying and wanted to add a “Thanks” to the mix. I’m always needing more thank you cards and with the stamp set this month they included some extra sentiments so I grabbed the thanks and added it to my design. With the thanks lower on the card the white “you’re the best” was blending in so I took the other ink spot and distressed it a bit. This gives some depth and allows it to pop off the card.
I had to share the envelopes this month and the awesome liner design. I love love love the Lemon Lime Twist color of the pattern. It will be a great WOW when people open their cards.
Another super fun Paper Pumpkin box this month. I love that they sent a variety of cards this month and extra sentiment stamps so you could customize for your needs. I’ll also be keeping these stamps for future projects since I’m always needing more word stamps. These cards have so much depth and dimension to them from the layering of the paper to the colors to the wood veneers they were really fun to make and will be even better to send. I’m all about sending homemade cards and these are going right in my box.
