I’m so excited to review another of CutiePieMarzia’s subscription boxes! It’s a quarterly box curated by CutiePieMarzia, who is an Italian Youtuber. I love her fashion style, so I was really happy to hear she had her own subscription box!

There are 2 versions of this box – the regular one for $29 per quarter, and the Very-Important-Marzipan box for $89. This is a review of the regular box. The CutiePieMarzia box ships from Toronto, Ontario and ships worldwide.

Summer’s theme is Camping!

The box always has a nice mixture of skincare, cosmetics, and Marzia exclusives!

Marzipan Camping Mug — Chances are the art on this is a Marzia-drawn original as she is usually the one designing the art. This is a dark blue metal mug. I love how the white speckled design makes it look like a starry sky.

Illustrated Notebook — The notebook features one of Marzia and Felix’s pugs, Maya! She’s wearing a cute camping outfit.

Illustrated Comic — Written and illustrated by Marzia, the comic is in full colour and features Maya and Edgar going camping.

Forest Creatures Pencil — A pencil with cute forest animals on it.

The comic is seriously adorable. Marzia’s incredibly talented and the short comic was super fun to read.

Bandana –– Handy for tying back your hair, keeping the back of your neck cool, or using as a bandage if you need to.

First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads ($15) — I’ve received these in another box recently. First Aid Beauty makes great basic skincare products. I use a similar product to these that I prefer so I’m giving these to a friend of mine. The pad application means they’re great for travel and camping — nothing to spill!

Custom Fragrance by Marzia — Marzia worked with Scent Trunk (who have their own subscription model!) to design a custom fragrance to share with her subscribers. It’s a very woodsy scent, but it dries down to a softer musk. It doesn’t have a lot of throw but it lasted a few hours.

Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Serum ($9.16) Last box included a sample of the Rose Cream and now we get to try the serum. It contains rosewater, rose flower oil, cucumber extract, and vitamin E.

NYX Bright Idea Illuminating Stick ($7.99) A stick blush in the shade Rose Petal Pop!

Wet n Wild Megaglow Makeup Stick ($3.99) A stick highlighter in Hustle and Glow.

They both blend out very nicely.

The value on this box is really low, not taking into account all of the custom merchandise. I thought this box was heavier on the exclusives or handmade items which are harder to put value on. I was also kind of bummed that the Fresh item was almost the same as the one from last box, and that the two makeup items were both blush/highlighting products. It’s still a really fun box to open, but the value has slipped since the box launched last summer — back then the box was twice as full and there was a lot more variety.
