Fresh Fiction Box Not To Miss is a monthly book subscription that sends 5-7 books for $25.95. Shipping is free to the U.S. but they also ship worldwide. You can choose from a 1 or 3 month plan and both plans auto renew. Alternatively, you can also buy a one-time box from their online shop. They send 2-3 new release print books, codes for 2-3 downloadable ebooks, and a treat! Most of the books will be from the romance genre but they may occasionally send mystery, erotica, YA, and paranormal books too.

DEAL: Save $3 on your first Fresh Fiction Not To Miss box with coupon code HELLO.

I’m always surprised at how heavy this box is when I pull it out of the mailbox! I received 1 hardback, 4 paperbacks, codes for 3 ebooks, 1 tea bag, and a couple of inserts, which I will describe below. Fresh Fiction sends different box variations each month so keep in mind that your box may vary from mine! Also, I have been getting this box for a year now and have always received at least 4 print books each time!

Everything in the box!

Fresh Fiction sent a card…

…that has some info on sharing your box on social media.

I received a Stash Acai Berry Caffeine Free Herbal Tea Bag. Stash Tea is one of my long time favorites but this flavor was new to me. I enjoyed it the evening I received the box and it was fruity and tart.

There was a card introducing the featured book for the month.

Each month, FFBNTM will feature an author or publisher and this month it’s Run to Ground. Each subscriber will receive this book in their box, along with a letter from the author!

The author introduced herself and her book, along with her adorable dogs! You can see more about this book below.

First up are 3 downloadable ebooks:

Where the Pieces Fall by Blue Saffire ($5.99 for Kindle)

Heart Breaker by Stacey Kennedy ($4.99 for Kindle)

The McKinnon  – The Beginning by Ranay James ($4.99 for Kindle)

Note: For the hard copies, I gave the current selling price from Amazon.com.

Part of the Silence by Debbie Howells ($17) Last year I received a psychological thriller by this author in my Fresh Fiction Box and loved it so I was very happy to see another book by her this month! This one doesn’t have reviews yet since it hadn’t officially been released at the time of this writing but I expect it to be in the style of The Girl on the Train or Gone Girl.

A blighted memory. A child who seems never to have existed. A watcher in the shadows.

When they find Evie Sherman, battered and left for dead in a maize field, the young woman has no recollection of who she is. After three days in a hospital bed, the fog in her head begins to lift, and she remembers two names: her own, and that of her three-year-old daughter, Angel. Evie is convinced that Angel is in grave danger. But the police can find no evidence of the girl’s existence.

It’s clear that Evie is having some kind of mental breakdown—or is it? Even in the depths of her amnesiac darkness, Evie knows her daughter’s voice, her chameleon eyes, every precious hair on her head. So how can she be losing her mind?

As Evie’s grasp on reality slips away, she finds herself haunted by the same three-word warning, which she hears over and over: Trust no one. But whom is she being warned against? The police? The doctors and nurses? Or the mysterious figure who’s been watching her, who knows all her secrets, has a hidden agenda—and perhaps their own twisted version of reality.

At His Mercy by Shelly Bell ($12.41) falls under the “erotica” category, just saying!

Angel in his arms . . . Devil at her heels

One last, no-strings night of indulgence. That’s all Tristan wants before he begins a much-needed new chapter in his life. Instead he finds an innocent angel in pink who brings him to his knees.

Isabella is done hiding from the world . . . and her haunting memories. Discovering courage in the arms of a perfect stranger, she finally lets go and sheds her inhibitions.

To Isabella’s shock, she soon learns that Tristan is more than her mystery man-he’s her professor. But Tristan isn’t the only person who’s found Isabella on campus. A dark figure from her past has come back for her. Now Tristan will risk anything to protect Isabella . . . even if it costs him his life.

One Week to the Wedding by Olivia Miles ($10.19) looks like a nice beach read – see, there’s a beach conveniently on the cover!

Kate Daniels couldn’t be more excited to be planning her best friend’s wedding…in theory.
Lately, just thinking about gowns and centerpieces makes her want to hide under the covers with her dog and a good book –one that doesn’t include a romantic plot, thank you very much. Maybe it’s because her fiancé cheated. Or maybe it’s because he cheated with her younger sister, Charlotte. Or maybe it’s because her newfound reputation as jilted wedding planner isn’t exactly doing wonders for her career.

Charlotte knows she messed up. Big time. But she also knows something Kate doesn’t-something that might bring them close again, if her sister will ever take her calls. But as time passes and silence grows, Charlotte begins to realize she can’t hide from her problems forever, and that sometimes the only place to run is home.

With the wedding only a week away, Kate expects a few surprises. But what she doesn’t expect is to find herself believing…in the strength of family, and the possibility of finding love again.

In the vein of New York Times bestselling authors Susan Mallery, Robyn Carr, and Kristan Higgins, comes the first in a new women’s fiction novel from Olivia Miles.

Blue Hollow Falls by Donna Kauffman ($7.19) looks like an inspiring and entertaining book about a young lady who discovers a half-sister she never knew about. Set in a small mountain town and featuring a supporting cast of endearing neighbors, this sounds perfect for summer.

From her free-spirited mother, Sunny Goodwin learned the value of peace, love, and Jerry Garcia. The inheritance from the father she never knew? That’s a little more complicated…

Sunny never expected to find herself owning a centuries old silk mill in the shadow of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains . . . or becoming a half-sister to a ten-year-old named Bailey. Once the shock subsides, she plans to cash in and head back home. But the overgrown greenhouse she finds on the property calls out to the gardener in her, and she senses Bailey’s need for nurturing too…

And someone else is making it hard for Sunny to leave: Sawyer Hartwell, an Iraq War hero who wants to make the old mill a creative hub for the artisans of Blue Hollow Falls . . . and wants Sunny to share his vision, and his life. But sexy as this ex-soldier may be, she’s not sure she’s ready to give love a chance…

Run to Ground by Katie Ruggle ($6.47) is the book that everyone will receive this month and included an introductory letter from the author. It is also book 1 of 3 in the Rocky Mountain K9 series. Based on the writing style in the letter alone I would read this, since I liked the author’s sense of humor.

He lost his mentor.
He lost his K9 partner.
He almost lost his will to live.
But when a ruthless killer targets a woman on the run, Theo and his new K9 companion will do whatever it takes to survive―and save the woman neither can live without.

Grieving the death of his partner, Theo Bosco has no room in his life for distractions. Though his instincts scream that he should avoid Juliet ‘Jules’ Jackson, he can’t seem to stay away. It doesn’t help that Theo’s new K9 companion has fallen head over paws with Jules’s rambunctious family.

Or that when he’s with her, Theo finally knows peace.

When Jules rescued her siblings, whisking them away to the safety of the beautifully rugged Colorado Rockies, she never expected to catch the eye―or the heart―of a cop. Yet as Jules struggles to fight her growing attraction to the brooding K9 officer, another threat lurks much closer to home…

And this time, there’s no escape.

I love Fresh Fiction Box! My bookcase is overflowing since I started this subscription – it’s a great way to build up your collection! I enjoy sharing the books with my friends so we can discuss them later. I also appreciate that I have more than just romance books to choose from – I love a good mystery, too. My July box was worth $69.23! I really enjoy this subscription and love that these books all have high ratings on Goodreads and Amazon every single time!
