We got a Carb Count Box this month!

Nutrition info is included on each of the selections. You will see a host of healthy ingredients and no weird stuff. The expiration dates for the snacks are printed on this sheet, too.

Everything is packed in neatly, and all the snacks are perfectly portable. Our family divvies them up for emergency breakfasts, special snacks, and desk snacks – depending on the family member! Mom and Dad called dibs on this batch of snacks – they’re perfect for an afternoon snack without getting sugared out.

Raspberry & Coconut Muffin: Crunchy and slightly sweet.

The slivered almonds and coconut make for lots of interesting texture in the blend. The combo of almond cookies and flavored cranberries really taste like a raspberry muffin!

Punchy Protein Nuts: I love the nut combinations, each ingredient having a different seasoning.

The chili lime cashews are killer! They pack tons of flavor and are utterly addictive. The almonds and peanuts complement the cashews well, as they stand up to the seasoning and counter the greasiness of the cashews.

Pro Power: Hearty and crunchy.

The peppered cashews add a bit of unctuous flair to the deep, toasty texture of the crisp edamame and crunchy chickpeas.

Natural Vanilla Seeds: A more subtle and gently crunchy blend.

The seeds have a tender/crunchy texture, and they have a slightly creamy flavor that is mild enough to work exceptionally well with the natural vanilla flavor.

Cinnamon Date & Honey Pure Bars: A great alternative to over-sweetened granola bars.

The dates and honey add a gentle sweetness, and the cinnamon is not overpowering. The sesame seeds add a bit of crispness to the lovely, tender denseness of the oats and pumpkin seeds.

Vitamin E Defense: Crunchy nuts and sweet fruit. The Vitamin E labelling is a bit odd, since the vanilla seeds contain twice as much Vitamin E.

The hazelnuts are a real treat. This blend is sweet, crunchy, and chewy – the redskin peanuts are a good choice for the mix, as they pair well with the sweetness of the fruit.

Active Nutrient Blend: A blend of mineral-rich nuts, seeds, and fruit.

The flavor and texture of this ensemble is very nice. The mild bitterness and oiliness of the walnut, subdued sweetness and richness of the date, and the gentle crunch of the pumpkin seeds all tug in different directions, giving the mix a full flavor without any one element providing the kick.

Vietnamese Pho: The traditional Vietnamese noodle soup in a portable pack.

This version is heavy on the shiitake mushroom, with rice noodles and a bean paste soup base spiked with fish sauce, chilis and spices.

This collection has lots of protein-packed nuts, and it managed to have several sweet items without packing on the carbs. We love the flavors of the countless Graze options, and having portioned snacks is super helpful for anyone watching what they eat.
