There were several different size pieces of fabric with great pattern, like this brick pattern piece.
There was a fabulous piece of shell pattern fabric.
There were several pre-cut squares of blue and a peachy tan tie-dye print.
The three largest pieces of fabric were more of the tie-dye, a piece of rust colored material with a white pin stripe and a very organic looking piece that looked like slices of wood on a rust-colored background.
These applique stars were in the box and ended up becoming the center piece of the project that we made.
These two spools of coordinating thread were in the box. They were the perfect colors for quilting the project.
I ended up making a baby quilt for my new nephew with the fabric from the box. I used a blog post about a half triangle quilt on the We Quilt Modern website as inspiration and just went with it. I really like the way that it turned out. The way the quilting shoots off from the points of the applique stars is my favorite.
I loved the We Quilt Mini Subscription Box. I enjoy the challenge of figuring out what I can/want to make out of the fabric that comes in the box. It is a very satisfying experience to transform the different pieces into something beautiful.
