Doki Doki is a monthly Kawaii subscription box from Japan Crate. Every month you’ll receive super cute Japanese items – accessories, stationery, plushies, and other adorable Japanese goodies.

DEAL: Use coupon code HELLO to save $3 on your first box!

Love this cover art by Princess Misery!

The theme this month is Hinamatsuri!

Each crate comes with a manga-style booklet to help you figure out what each item is (that means it’s bound on the right side instead of the left!).

There’s also a little comic and more fun stuff!

The middle of the booklet contains all the information about the items.

Everything in the March Box!

Disney Princess Ariel Cup

The perfect item to celebrate Hinamatsuri/Girls Festival! Subscribers will receive one of six designs: Snow White, Cinderella, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, or Minnie.

So happy to receive Ariel! We love anything about mermaids! My daughter quickly used it to store colored pencils.

Sasurai No Tabineco Fuwa Mocchi Plush

A squishy plush toy (with a cute belly button!).

It comes with a ball chain so you can easily attach it to your bag or keys.

Pote USA Lote Clip

Pote is such an adorable bunny. In this month’s box, we received her in clip form!

Kawaii and useful. It can be used to keep and organize papers or close a pack of chips!

Neko Atsume Earphone Jack Charm

It’s a cellphone charm and an earphone jack in one. Subscribers will receive one of many different cats from the famous game app!

PuniPuni PyonPyon

Another rabbit in this month’s box!

It is an exclusive item which design is inspired by Hinamatsuri dolls. So kawaii!

Slim Pen Case

Love the pastel colors of this pen case!

Definitely keeping my equally kawaii pens in here!

There are four designs for this pen case. We received the Sumikko Gurashi gang, while others might have received Rilakkuma bear.

Hishimochi Hoppe-Chan

Yum! Hoppe-Chan is decorated as Hishimochi, a popular snack during Hinamatsuri/Girls Festival.

This was a fun box with a good mix of items, but my favorite had to be the Hinamatsuri styled Hoppe-Chan – I thought the design was really cute and on point. Overall we adored the spring themes in this box.

What did you think of this month’s Doki Doki Crate?
