Teri Miyahira Beauty is a luxury beauty subscription box for those who love all-natural and cruelty-free beauty products. For $42 per per month, you’ll get 2 full-sized makeup items, and 1-2 travel or sample size skin, bath, or body products.
FYI – This box is available on waitlist only.
The theme this month is “Love Your Layers.” But really it’s all about BROWS!
The information card gives you a list of the month’s beauty collection, plus their ingredients and prices.
The items are well protected in a velvet pouch.
Everything in my January 2017 Teri Miyahira Beauty box!
Teri Miyahira Beauty Vegan Rose Gold 3-Piece Brush Collection ($64) The brushes in this line feature soft Taklon vegan bristles and a lacquered handle.
Flat Medium Brush, Angled Eye Brush, and Spoolie Brush: The perfect accompaniment to the makeup items!
“Renew” Pressed Eyeshadow ($28) This matte ivory shadow is super versatile! You can use it all over or as just a highlight. It’s taken me a few weeks to get to this review for whatever reason, and I’m glad I did, because Teri released a tutorial video for this month’s box. In that video she says there’s a clear mirror in this compact. I didn’t notice it when I used it, but it’s obviously that clear disk. Unusual!

Teri has such SERIOUS brow game, I need to step it up!
“Expression” Eye & Brow Palette ($58) These richly pigmented brow shades can also double as basic neutral eye shades!
There is an underside to this case and a weensy foam applicator was included too.
These brow powders are amazing! I tested them out on my own totally unkempt brows and was immediately wowed by how tamed they look filled in a bit with these high-coverage powders. For a fair-to-medium girl, I don’t know if I’ll get as much use out of this compact as somebody else might, but I do like that you can mix up the colors for the perfect shade. A bit of customization (even light/dark) might be good for this subscription but I’ll reserve judgment on that for a few more reviews.
According to the card, this box had an MSRP of $150. The formulas are amazing and you’re sure to get good vegan makeup basics that accommodate a variety of diverse skin tones and textures with this beauty box.
