A very detailed description of the coffee I will be drinking later and directions on how to get the perfect espresso out of this bean. This instruction card makes me want to go out and get an espresso machine I just can’t see the rest of the family being as happy with that purchase.
Kochwew Grade 1 Yirgacheffe Ethiopia by Sterling Coffee Roasters. Tastes a little sweet like the bag boasts but I’m not sure I’m sophisticated enough to find the notes of nectarines and honey. I love the tiny little beans that pack a ton of rich flavor and aroma.
This coffee it amazing! It’s rich in flavor and bold in its aroma. Versatile enough to be my first cup of coffee in the morning but sweet enough to be served with a warm brownie and ice cream. I may even use the coffee grinds to make myself a nice coffee sugar scrub, I really hate to waste anything this good. Finally, I’d like to say that the packaging is boring and minimal so that there isn’t much trash and it’s all recyclable… nothing is going into the landfill! I am so excited for my next bag of beans to arrive.
