Be More Box is a bimonthly subscription box experience. Each box contains tools that will help you Be More, Do More, Have More, and Give More. Jill Ann Anderson created the box to help women become unstuck in their lives. The box will contain six to eight exclusively curated items that support a theme that will encourage personal growth. A percentage of sales is donated to the Jeremiah Foundation which assists single moms and their children to be successful in life.
The inside box cover introduces you to the theme. The card is glued on tight and is not removable.
The theme is Gratitude. I listened to Jill Ann Anderson’s podcast announcing the box and can’t wait to see what is in it.
The package is sealed with an embossed Be More Box sticker.
The box was tightly packed. I removed the tissue paper that was packed tightly around the bubble wrap item.
I read the curator letter with great interest.
Here are the items in the January Be More Box along with two bonus items for subscribers. I’ll explain the bonus items at the end of the review. Everything was well-packaged and well-protected in the box.
The curator letter and information cards were held together by a gold clip. Each information card has an action on it.
The Reflect Decal sets the tone for the box. It’s on clear plastic with raised black letters. J (age 8) placed it on the mirror for me. It will serve as a gentle reminder.
Express: Three gold foil notecards are included for expressing gratitude to someone in your life. I like that the colors are unisex and the envelopes are already stamped. Our teenager will be sending them out to people who have mentored him.
Bestow: The blue Gratitude Gift Tote is sooo cute. I love the idea of filling it with a simple gift. My eight-year-old and I will be doing this together. We are going to select a recipient and find a simple, special gift to show our gratitude.
Treasure: The Gratitude Necklace is a short, delicate necklace whose length reached around my collarbone. The spiral chain draws the eye to the necklace.
The chain has an extender.
I wore the lightweight necklace on the shortest length. The quality is above average compared to other necklaces I received in subscription boxes.
Preserve – The Gratitude Jar is a wonderful way to store memories. The glass jar has an easy to remove cork lid, a small pencil, and notepad for easy jotting.
It’s simple to use. I plan to write down one thing I am grateful for every day until the jar is overflowing.
My eight-year-old also got involved. It’s simple and sweet.
Unearth: I love this! Sometimes it can be hard to think with the busyness of life. Roll the dice and dwell in the memories. Our family spent about an hour rolling the dice and sharing moments.
I rolled the dice for the review. I am grateful for being able to be out in nature which makes me feel alive and connected. My memory is the time I visited Watkins Glen Park. I felt a sense of peace walking the trail with the mist wetting my face. The fragrant tree scent calmed my heart.
There are two gifts that you may receive depending upon the length of the subscription.
The Be More Box Journal is a gift given to subscribers that subscribe bimonthly and subscribers that purchase a year’s subscription. It is not a gift for those that order a one-time box.
The hardcover journal has a ribbon to hold your place and a band to keep it close.
My son pointed out that I wrote the wrong year for the date. Thank You, T.
In addition to the Be More Journal, Yearly subscribers will receive the BKR glass water bottle.
Purple is my favorite color, and it looks easier to sip from than my Klean Kanteen.
I will be staying well hydrated at my work conferences at the end of the month. It is dishwasher safe on the top rack.
Does anyone want to share a memory using the above dice? I would love to read it!
The January Be More Box is full of items that will be used to strengthen the gratitude that I feel in my life. The items were easy to share with my family and will also enhance my own self-growth. I feel a little lost with my seventeen-year-old graduating this year and hope the Be More Box will help me focus on developing a more abundant life. It’s hard to place a strict retail value on the box because there is an intangible value for those that want to use the box to facilitate self-growth and discovery. The Be More Box is excellent for those that know they need a change in life, tap into their potential, or become unstuck.
