Dia & Co is a monthly personal styling subscription for plus-sized women. It’s like Stitch Fix, but for plus sizes. Fill out your profile and sizing information, pay a $20 styling fee (refundable against anything you choose to keep), and have 5 items selected by a stylist sent straight to your home to try on. Dia & Co includes free shipping each way. If you keep all 5 items from your box, you’ll receive a 20% discount.

Dia & Co. have combined the invoice and stylist’s note onto one one sheet. The invoice shows the price of each item plus my potential discount if I opt to keep all of the pieces.

New stylist alert! Let’s see if Kristin really understood my preferences.

Screenshot_2016-03-07-23-34-29These are the looks that I told my stylist I wear or like via my fashion profile. I made it a point to emphasize that although I work in an office, I spend a lot of my work day outdoors and live in Florida where it is VERY humid, so I need clothes that are climate friendly and easy care. For this box, I requested some fall transition pieces that are office friendly.

Here’s my full box. I am so happy with that top!

Darla Clutch – Black ($29.00): This is a quilted faux leather clutch with gold tone accents and chain link strap. It was my least favorite item in the box. I didn’t feel that the quality of the item was up to Dia &Co.’s usual standards; this looked like it may be been returned already. Honestly, the only reason I kept it was that it wasn’t worth giving up my full box discount.

Here’s a close up of the bag. It’s hard to see, but there are scratches on the closure.

Moda Mix | Gretchen Asymmetrical Skirt – Navy ($59.00):  This skirt is so not something that I would have chosen for myself, but I really like it. The asymmetrical design on the front adds a nice twist (no pun intended). Plus, the navy is such a versatile canvas to work with. I feel that I can go from work to play with this piece.

Curve by Dora Landa | Brodie Top – Emerald ($69.00): Love, love, love this top! The color is a gorgeous teal, and the lightweight polyester is perfect for this perpetual spring/summer weather we have in Florida; we bypass autumn and winter down here.

Taylor | Janessa Dress – Red/Black/Cream ($79.00): I’ve gotten a lot of patterned dresses lately in my Dia boxes, pushing me to the edge of my fashion zone. This dress is no exception. I like the bold geometric pattern, and the silhouette is nice on me.

Eloquii | Luz Blazer – Black ($99.00): This blazer was out of the price range I set for my stylist, but I kept it because a) I need a black blazer and b) it actually fits correctly. Again, this is another wardrobe basic that can be for the office or for a casual look.

Fashion to Figure | Kimra Jegging – Black ($34.90): Please don’t laugh, but this is my first pair of jeggings. I was a firm believer in jeans OR leggings. However, I have to admit that this hybrid is comfy and still gives me the structure that I like from a pair of jeans.

Here’s what everything looks like on me.

This was my favorite look from the box! It’s the Curve by Dora Landa top and Fashion to Figure jeggings.

The Eloquii blazer with my standard black pants creates an instant suit look.

Here I paired the Modamix skirt with a turtleneck and boots for a more casual (but still office-friendly) look.

And finally, the Taylor dress. It’s bold and sassy!

With the exception of my bonus 6th box option (the clutch), I was happy with the pieces in my Dia & Co. box. The only regret I have is a lack of time, as I wasn’t able to check for lower prices elsewhere on the items. Oh, well. Remember, Dia & Co. does price match, so if you find something cheaper, let them know!

That dress is STUNNING on you. You went from sales assistant to CEO tailored togetherness instantly. Order two more. Now I have to sign up and see if I can find it. 🙂 Who would have thought? It’s not something I would have given a second look at normally. Way to rock it!

The dress took on a new life when you put it on. I loved the skirt but it looked really short in the first picture. On you it looked longer. Enjoy wearing them.

Thanks, Virginia. I really wish the dress was a different color/pattern. That cut was amazing.
