What is the first item with comb?
I’m not sure which item is coming of the trio listed. It shows I am receiving 8 items, including my lipstick sample choice.

It is very interesting that you are not receiving any cosmetics. I do not consider Dr. Lipp Miracle Balm makeup. I know that is my biggest complaint about Birchbox…not enough makeup.
