Scent From is a new travel-inspired candle subscription from the UK, bringing carefully selected scented products to your mailbox every month. Each month is inspired by fragrance from around the world, in the form of candles and one home accessory. The subscription is $26.59 and ships worldwide. This month’s theme was Scent From Marrakesh!
Everything came inside a cardboard box with a lot of paper worms to keep everything nice and safe through transit. Sadly, one of my items pierced through both sides of the box, but it wasn’t broken and didn’t show any scratch!
We received four items this month, with a lot of warm spices! Everything is quite fragrant and smells like incense to a degree.
Everything in the box. Tea lights, two candles, and a tea light holder. Love it! I love the colors, the mix of black, purple, copper and gold. It looks very luxurious!
Shearer Candle Scented Tea Lights – Frankincense & Myrrh, a set of 8 ( $8 ). These are so cute! I love the richness of the color and the scent brings you right into one of the Arabian Night Tale. The candles are poured into silver-coloured tins.
Copper Tea Light Holder. This geometric candle holder is lovely! I wish the tea lights tin provided in the box would have been copper instead of silver-coloured because they are slightly higher than the holder. The bottom comes apart to get the tea light in place. I love this item, and it is nice even without lighting the candle.
Shearer Candles Tin – Amber Noir scent ($11.50). The scent is a mix of tuberose, violets, and amber and smells sweet. I think this is my favorite scent of the lot. The wax is a lovely black, to go with the name, and the cover is translucent.
Soy Wax Tin Candle – Amber scent. This item was specially created for this box and smells brighter than the amber scent, and not as sweet. I like the size (can burn up to 40 hours) and the design on the tin is gorgeous!
This box was lovely and for a moment, I was able to feel the scents from Marrakesh. Even unlit, the fragrances play nicely together and help to create a warm, sensual, and spicy ambiance!
November’s theme is totally different: Stockholm!
