Die! Die! Die! It was kind of an intense opener. Note – The box included some new tabs etc and we couldn’t figure out how to fold it except for the regular debox and refold. If you came up with an alternative way than what we’ve shown below, please send us a pic!

The Loot Gaming box for October 2016 had a RUMBLE theme.

RUMBLE Poster: Instead of a mini mag (I’ll miss you – it was the best of the bunch), the box included a nice poster with the monthly theme art. I really like the mini mag for me personally, but I can also see how it’s cool to have new posters to hang every month. Plus they’re giant!

The theme details plus all item details were on the back of the poster.

RUMBLE Coin Pin: Touch gloves and fight clean! I always like the large token-style pins.

Pac Man Adhesive Bandages: Much ridiculed as a box item, these are sort of fun – lots of subscribers’ boxes had a $1 sticker on them. At retail they’re about $5.

This one’s totally my fave!

Super Mario Bros. Magnet: This is a nice, thick Mario magnet. I was pumped we all got Mario – I’m one of those people who’s always like “Luigi again?!

It’s officially licensed and sturdy – and exclusive!

Legend of Zelda Ganondorf Socks: And a nice pair of exclusive Bioworld socks!loot-gaming-october-2016-9

For Loot Gaming in particular I was happy to see them branch out beyond the Hyrulian crest or something Link!

Titanfall 2 T-Shirt: The shirt, as always, is rad! This is a great game and I think everyone was pretty happy with this slick shirt. The Loot Gaming shirts always seem to be the highest quality of all the Loot Crate subscriptions.

Sonic Doctor Eggman Fingerless Gloves: Oh so easily my favorite item in the box!

Game over when this boss takes you down!

Funko POP! Overwatch Reaper Vinyl Figure ($15.22) This was a little odd, because we had an Overwatch figure a few boxes ago, but they go together!

This guy is so terrifying – a great pick for October!

He’s suited up to drain life force – and some great detailing on this POP!

Loot comes for us all… This box seemed like it had all the elements in place, but it turned out feeling a bit disorganized and didn’t really kill the theme. As it’s one of the slightly more expensive subscriptions in the Loot Crate family, I want this box to bring it every time.  I did like that they really paid attention to mixing up the style and vintage of the games, from platformer to FPS and vintage/classic to brand new!

What do you think of Loot Gaming this month?
