This month, GlobeIn has released a limited edition Entertain Box!
GlobeIn regularly offers a fair trade monthly subscription box that sends 4-5 handcrafted products from around the world that are curated around a theme to your home each month.
GlobeIn is committed to empowering artisans around the world by providing them with a global distribution network for their goods.
This limited edition Entertain Box costs $35 for Artisan Box subscribers and $50 for those who don’t already subscribe. If you like Globe In’s Artisan Box, you’re sure to love this one-time box!
Boasting a number of different crowd pleasers many of which were culled from Globe In’s monthly Artisan Boxes, this box would make a fantastic holiday gift for someone special on your list.
The Entertain Box contains the following items: a kitchen towel, salad grabbers, a card, a bottle basket, salt and a salt bowl.
The theme of this box, hosting, ties in perfectly with the theme of Globe In’s regular Artisan Box, Entertaining.
I think the Neem Wood Spice Bowl ($15) is gorgeous, and I’m thrilled to receive it. I actually bought a bunch of them a couple of months ago to send as Christmas presents. I’m delighted to receive another. I’m also thrilled to learn that Globe In’s orders for these bowls has resulted in a 23% revenue increase for the West Bengal woodworking community that produced these bowls.
I may just have to keep this one for myself, though, and fill it with other spices since I already have one filled with salt at my home.
I’m delighted to have another packet of delicious hand-harvested salt ($15) on hand for my cooking! I’ll put it to good use very soon, I’m sure.
The blue Turkish kitchen towel ($12) is very large and attractive.
Produced by hand by Hatice, a young woman who supports her family through the fair wages she earns for her work, this cotton towel will be the perfect addition to my kitchen.
I’m a big fan of these Neem Wood Salad Grabbers ($15)! I received my first pair in my October 2016 Artisan Box and put them to work immediately.
Since I’m sure my family will enjoy these just as much as I do, I plan to gift them to them for Christmas. As lovely as they are, I’m even more taken with them knowing that their production allows women to work from home, taking care of their children as they earn money to support their families.
The 11″ palm leaf bottle basket ($12) was weaved by hand in Mexico by the same collective of weavers that Globe In employs to create their signature palm baskets.
I really like this variation on the original! While it is perfectly sized to hold a bottle of wine, I look forward to using it to house some of my kids’ tall toys.
Hosting really is an art form, and I’m delighted to read through Globe In’s pointers on how to pull it off effortlessly and elegantly. Thanks, Globe In!
I always enjoy looking at photos of people using their subscription box finds!
I really liked the Limited Edition Entertain box! Even though I plan to gift at least one of the items in the box, it’s not because I didn’t love the the box! On the contrary, I love the items so much that I’ve already purchased a number of them either for myself or as gifts! If you haven’t already, this is your chance to snag them at a great price.
