Tonttu Box July 2016 Subscription Box Review + Coupon

Tonttu Box is a monthly subscription that delivers between five and seven gifts to your home for parent and child to enjoy. Selections may include unique handmade finds, children’s books, educational toys, treats and spa products, all designed to spoil both parent and child! Tonttu Box supports small, local artisans whenever possible and loves to give back! If members so desire, they can fill their empty Tonttu box with baby products they’re not going to use (not Tonttu Box products, of course, as they’ll be used!) and send the box back to Tonttu Box, which will in turn send the box to children in need.

Each shipment arrives well-packaged, encased in neatly-folded tissue paper.

The tissue paper arrives fastened together with a beautiful heart sticker.

The theme for July was Summer! This box is all about fun and vacations!

This month’s shipment included a cotton beach towel, a bracelet, a teething toy and a package of body butter.

The theme was displayed prominently on the enclosed piece of paper.

The paper also included a list of the contents of the box and their values, coupon codes for additional individual orders, a smoothie recipe and offers to save money on future Tonttu boxes. Awesome!

This Egyptian Cotton Towel by Monia Fouta ($21.99) is very large and attractive. Thin and lightweight, it packs easily. While Tonttu box recommends using it for a bath or the beach, Monia Fouta also recommends using it as a sarong or wrap. I plan to use mine as a picnic blanket for summertime excursions with my family.

This Fashion Jewelry Bracelet by Destiny’s Jewels ($20) is gorgeous! I love it! Unfortunately, though, it doesn’t appear on the website listed in the introductory letter, so I don’t know how to order more.

I love this Organic Wood Elephant Teething Toy by Wise Mom ($13)! I wish I had had this when my kids were younger. Luckily, my sister-in-law is expecting another child, so I’ll happily gift this to her.

I very much enjoyed using Love Lee Soaps’ Whipped Banana Body Butter ($6)! Not typically a fan of banana scents, I enjoyed using this body butter very much. It was light and fluffy and left my skin feeling wonderful.

I thought my second Tonttu Box was fabulous! Each of the products was useful, unique and produced in limited quantities. As a whole, this box felt indulgent and luxurious all at the same time! I can’t wait to see what they send out next month!
