July 2016 Gentleman’s Box – valued at $101
Here’s everything in this month’s box except the copy of GQ ($6), mailed separately to subscribers.
William & Sterling No-Show Socks -$10: These no-socks are versatile that will keep your feet feeling fine. You can wear these with boat shoes, loafers or even converse sneakers.
Gentlemen Essentials Leather Show Horn -$25: This is a total upgrade from my usual plastic one. You can use it to slip your heel into your shoes without doing the back and forth, side-to-side thing (you know the one). However, I will say that when I used it, I bent it slightly (which was easy to fix back). It seems to be made out of some form a metal underneath the leather. So be careful; it’s only meant to assist, not take over your routine of putting on your shoes.
Kiko Leather Wallet -$45: This wallet features three straight cut card slots, a full bill compartment, and an ID window.
I like how lightweight it is; which makes it convenient if I’m traveling or don’t want to carry my usual bulky wallet with me.
Nikolas Ryan “Navy Jack” Picket Square -$15: It’s made from a lightweight microfiber fabric and has a red and white stripe pattern with a stitched finish.
Balla Body Powder -$6: Love this powder! With mint, oak and musk this unscented talcum powder keep your body fresh and dry. You can use it in replace of your deodorant, or you can use it to keep your feet dry. It smells amazing, and the powder is light.
Debonaire Scent – I also got an exclusive offer for my first month free. Debonaire is a monthly cologne discovery service.
Overall I really liked this box. From the packaging to the curated collection of products. It’s well put together and thought out. Out of all the items I received, I think my faves are the powder and the wallet. I didn’t receive my GQ magazine yet, but I’m not too stressed about it.
