I got an email the other day from Loot Crate telling me something was on the way.

Hey Browncoat,

Your Firefly Cargo Crate will ship out soon, but we wanted to send you a thank you gift for being one of our founders!

I was beyond excited and couldn’t wait for it to get here.

I dug right into my envelope and first out was an info card. The front of the card looks just like a crate and seeing the font and the words just gave me the biggest grin and shivers.  Random note but my go to sleep shirt is a Serenity shirt from the movie.  I got it when the movie was released and I still wear it everytime its clean. I really can’t get enough. Shiny.

The back of the card.  I am eagerly awaiting the first crate and this is just a teaser package but it does whet my appetite even more.  Just reading these make me want to binge the whole series right now. Again.

And here it is a pin.  I LOVE it. So Shiny. This a great taste of whats to come and I need to go ahead and get a shelf ready for it all.

I can’t wait for the rest of my crate to get here. I watched Serenity just the other day and with this I’m feeling like I need to do a binge watch of the whole series in the correct order of course.  I’ve been trying to think of maybe my favorite episode and scenes and there are so many. I love the pilot for introducing us to everyone and the wonderful world of Firefly. Then I mean who doesn’t love Jaynestown and him being the hero of Canton.  Let’s not forget about Trash and our naked Captain. Then if you want more emotional episodes I immediately think of War Stories and Out of Gas.  See I can’t decide on just one. I really need to do a rewatch and I plan to start on it tomorrow.
