Lavenders Blue Baby & Mom Subscription Box Review – January 2016

Lavenders Blue is a new monthly baby and mom subscription box featuring upscale and high quality items perfect for baby’s first year! Boxes are customizable for gender and breast or bottle feeding.

Everything comes wrapped in pretty tissue paper with an extensive information card.
I was excited when I opened this box, because it included items that I have personally purchased and other brands that I love.

The information sheet had all the details and was printed on pretty shimmery paper.

Ubbi Tweat Snack Container ($9.99) I’m a huge snack container fan, and this one is super cute, fun, and the brand that we use (I love that it has a top and so does my baby). It’s BPA free and works great.

Bamboo Studio Kids Spoon & Fork Set ($4.99) Bamboo-based flatware for baby! They’re made out of sustainable bamboo and they’re biodegradeable, plus they have cute little characters to make eating fun.

Mambino Organics Moroccan Clay Renewing Face Scrub ($10.17)  This full-size moroccan clay renewing face scrub cleanses with moroccan lava clay, rice bran, rose petals, and lemongrass. This is in powder form and you make your own scrub. It helps with hyper-pigmentation – perfect for new moms, who often experience it as a side effect of pregnancy.

3 Sprouts Stroller Organizer ($15.79) This is so cute and actually so much more useful than the organizer I have on my stroller, because it’s nice and deep and doesn’t have tiny little pockets. It secures with heavy duty velcro and has a little back hidey pocket for keys and insulated drink/bottle pockets and you can fit SO much stuff in here! This is really a super thoughtful product!

I was really impressed with this box! The value was about break-even with the cost but I’m totally fine with that because the curation was so fantastic. Another thing I really like about this subscription is the ability to customize it for breast or bottle feeding – there’s nothing more depressing (or useless) than receiving loads of breastfeeding related items in a baby subscription when you’re unable to (or lots of bottle related items if you EBF!). And although my baby is more of a toddler (16 months old), I still found everything in this box absolutely useful, which is a plus, because they’re choosing items you can continue to use for many months.
