Gramr Quarterly Winter 2015 box

Gramr Quarterly is a subscription box filled with custom-designed stationery. Every 3 months you’ll get the stationery (and the postage!) to write and send one letter per week.  This box is designed to encourage you to build a healthy habit of gratitude and intentionality!

I love the coordinated packaging and the beautiful turquoise on the box.

Gramr Quarterly Winter 2015 note to me

I don’t typically include letters to me that don’t appear in subscriber’s boxes, but the Gramr curators definitely follow their own advice, so I had to take a shot of this one! I’m so happy to help startups succeed! It’s one of the coolest things about having this blog!

Gramr Quarterly Winter 2015 information and stamps

Your box includes postage, and “The Brief,” which is more than an information card, it’s The How To for Thank-You. If you need some advice or inspiration when you write your letters, just pop this open!

Gramr Quarterly Winter 2015 bookletThe letter detailed the switch from their monthly to a quarterly subscription box, and announced that with every Gramr Quarterly that ships, they donate a book through Books for Africa!

The Gratitude Game Plan details how you might use every card in your box. They want you to use them!

Gramr Quarterly Winter 2015 grateful list

When you unfold it you find a great quote and a prompt to list 10 things you are grateful for right now!

Everything in the box! Every box you receive will include 4 Intent Collection cards with envelopes, 4 square cards with envelopes, 4 postcards, and 12 postage stamps. You can also select the box with kids’ thank you cards, which is an awesome idea.

Clockwise from upper left: Intent Collection cards, postcards, square cards.

Each card is printed on eggshell or matte FSC certified thick premium paper from Neenah Paper Company.  The envelopes are made of 70lb Kraft Speckletone or Flecked Natural White from French Paper Co.

Gramr Postcards ($8) Each of these says thank you, but are intended for different recipients – your letter carrier, a teacher, someone who helped you slow down or practice your own gratitude this fall, and the final postcard is “The Fields and The Birds,” for someone who told a yarn that you can’t get out of your head.

The back has plenty of room for a sweet note.

Square Gramr Cards ($16) These are square and not folded (you just flip them right over). Unlike a postcard they have a pretty custom-designed envelope.

Sunset:  Everyone loves a great sunset, so this card was designed as a thank you for anyone!

Pumpkin Pie: Thanks for all the pie!

Winter Arch: To thank someone for making your season special.

Mountain Path: This traverse through the mountains is for someone who made your holiday season really wonderful.

The back reads Thank You!

Gramr Quarterly Winter 2015 intent collection

The Intent Collection ($12) These cards are about being intentional – selecting the card to match the recipient, writing a heartfelt letter, and performing the physical act of mailing it.

All Good Things Are Wild And Free:  A Thoreau quote to thank someone for encouraging you or inspiring you to take risks.

Thank You: To Give Thanks!

Cheers: Thanks for dinner!

You Matter: To remind someone of what they might need to hear.

The last three had beautiful foils on them. I love a fancy card.

This card uses a “ghost foil” technique which I think is just putting the stuff down for foiling but not adding foil! It looks really cool!

Other goodies may come in your box, and I got this window/glass cling! I generally love putting these on my mirror in my bathroom (which is extremely large – about 8 feet long, so there’s lots of room to decorate it). That’s where this one is going!

I love that the design to this box is as intentional as the purpose of it – Gramr really goes above and beyond in giving you prompts and ideas on how to use the cards, and the bar isn’t really too high at 1 letter a week. I think I can find the time to do that! I thought this box was super special!
