Birchbox Review + Coupon Code – June 2015

Klorane Shampoo with Mango Butter ($1.22)

Klorane Conditioning Balm with Mango Butter ($1.07)

I am uncharacteristically excited about this because I’ve been using a Klorane shampoo that I love – it works beautifully! This one uses mango butter to nourish, smooth, and hydrate hair.

Dr. Jart+ Dermaclear Micro Water ($2.56) Made with 85 percent active hydrogen mineral water to remove makeup and brighten skin. I love Dr. Jart+. Like LOVE. If you haven’t tried the Ceramidin products and you have dry skin – they’re a must. They finally have the non-mint lipair in stock and I’m getting it!

Caudalie Vinoperfect Day Perfecting Fluid SPF 15 ($3.68) I love Caudalie products and I think I’ve tried this before, but even if I haven’t, it’s good! Also their Premier Cru for eyes is the best.

CLEAN Fresh Laundry Eau de Parfum ($1.15) Not my favorite, not the worst, I think I’ll pass this one along but happily take my dollar back in review points!

L. Erickson Grab & Go Pony Tube ($1.20) Great metallic ponytail holder! This one is a bonus item and I’m really happy with it!

Marcelle Mini Waterproof Eyeliner ($7.30) Love this color, though it’s not quite as sharp as I’d like. You may recall that all subscribers were to receive an Eyeko Fat Eyeliner in June (link to my spoilers – because Birchbox deleted that page!). They had customs issues and it will be in a future box, so I guess they substituted this. I love that it’s hypoallergenic and perfume-free (like seriously, who needs perfume next to their eyeballs? nobody!).

 

My box actually had quite an abysmal value, but I liked my samples, so I don’t know how much I care (although I think all the boxes this month had a rather low value).   I have 7 reviews to fill out and get points on Birchbox, so it was like my box cost $3, so again, don’t really care. I’ll stack the points I get with the coupon I won and get my precious Dr. Jart.
