April 2015 Dapper Box Review & Coupon - Men's Subscription Box

DapperBox is a new monthly subscription box of men’s accessories. Every month they assemble a collection of men’s goods & accessories to create a box that upgrades your style. Each box comes with 4 – 5 Dapper Items worth up to $96.

This box is all about automating your style. If you like or need to wear a suit or other dress attire you know that your apparel can look the same all the time. This extends your wardrobe choices by adding new accessories to mix and match.

I was excited to see the color and pattern choices. They looked good without being too loud – plus they coordinated with my boys’ outfits for a wedding we had upcoming.

Collar Stays & Lapel Pin

I love metal collar stays and I was happy to have an extra set. The lapel rose is different without being flashy or too much.

Men’s Dress Socks – I can always use new socks. The argyle ones happened to match my sons’ socks so they worked out perfectly for me.

Bond and Mercer Tie – I thought this tie was fantastic. It’s a traditional silk tie with a great polka dot pattern. It worked perfectly with a white shirt and black slacks – standard dress staples – but was also fun and not staid.

Overall I thought this was a great mix. The box is hard to value because the items are factory sourced but if it includes this many items monthly, it is an excellent way to extend your wardrobe inexpensively. Having seen only one box I’d say that this subscription was modern traditional. Easy to wear for pretty much any man needing to update his dress or work attire accessories.
