Crafters Crate Kids Subscription Box Review + Coupon Code – March 2015

Crafters Crate is a monthly subscription box for kids encouraging imagination and cultivating a love for reading. Every month your child will join the Crafters Crew in an Adventure book with a fun story and craft tutorials. You’ll also get activities and projects to go along with the book!   The March theme was Adventure with Awesome Man: Search for the Cape!  Your first box comes along with the Adventure Map (my kids have really been bugging me to get another one of these boxes, the map is hung up and they were so excited for the next box!). What a great theme! Everything that came inside our box! The crafts and activities are interspersed with the story. When we get this box my daughter grabs the book and reads it to her brother, then they’re ready to craft!   The first craft was a Superhero Mask!    The box came with the mask, heavy felt, glue dots, and a pattern. The kids cut out the lightning bolt and star and glued them on! So cute! He demanded I take so many photos of him. Next up – Make your superhero cape! These directions are easy to follow.   We got the cape, velcro, a sticker, and crayons. These crayons were so great – they’re not round (they’re hex-shaped) so they don’t roll away!   She was on the case! The kids worked together to make the Flying Hero. This guy came with Awesome Man to cut out, tape, straws, strings, and a suction cup and hook.   Plus, a super hero cape to decorate, cut out, and affix to Awesome Man. My daughter recognized how this worked and taught her brother the ropes. He’s flying! By pulling the strings apart you can make him fly! So much fun and lots of giggles. The Super Bubble Gum Contest Included the game chart and ruler, which I missed getting a photo of, because my daughter took everything and promptly had a contest with her dad.   She was so excited by this!   Mission complete!
