January 2014 Wantable Intimates Box
I thought that was a cute note!
Everything in my box this month. It was a nice mix of various items.
These are the preferences that were on my Wantable account. There are additional preferences, these are the general categories. I had that I disliked socks, I was hoping for the fleece lined footless tights mentioned on the website.
MUK LUKS/Izabella Herringbone Tights ($15) These have a nice herringbone pattern (impossible to show in Vermont light!). They are microfiber and pretty thin.
Wantable Two-Way Cami ($16) You can wear it either way! I liked that it was seamless.
Bella Thong ($4) This wasn’t on my packing list. A QT Intimates Boyshort Animal Print was. Boyshorts are on my Wantable “dislike” list. For some reason thongs weren’t, but should have been.
Steve Madden Sleepy Shorts ($10) These are relatively nice shorts, and I’m not surprised to find they’re available online for $10 instead of the $30 on my packing list. They’re thin cotton, and not something I would wear in January. They are a cute fun pattern.
My Wantable Intimates box had a value of $45, about $10 more than the cost of the box (the total retail value on my packing list was $75). The box was okay, but it didn’t say winter/January to me at all or “gorgeous new intimates” either. I did receive a featured brand – Steve Madden – but I’m disappointed with this box. Had I paid for it out of pocket, I would likely return it, as I just don’t love it. If you’d like to give Wantable a spin, you can subscribe on their site and find out more about all three of their boxes. I do continue to recommend them as even if you get a dud, you can return it. I will probably still get the Intimates box next month for Valentine’s Day!
