New Plated Menu – Fall Treats plus Thanksgiving Menu!

This week’s  Plated! menu surprised me with all the vegetarian options. I was thinking they would be perfect side dishes for a larger meal (the sides are always what gets me – how do I put veggies on my table without being boring?)!

  • Fall Harvest Vegetarian Corn and Squash Chowder
  • Shaved Brussels Sprouts with Roasted Beets and Acorn Squash
  • Marmitako Basque Tuna Stew with Peppers and Potatoes
  • Cauliflower Steaks with Fall Vegetable Ragout
  • Vietnamese-Style Shaking Beef with Basmati Rice
  • Turkey Meatballs with Whole Wheat Spaghetti

I love these cute little turkey roulades! I’m still deciding what we’re doing for Thanksgiving – my husband is driving down! Last year I made chicken parm so I think  Plated! might be the perfect option for us!
