If I can’t attend anymore, can I return my ticket or give it to someone else?
All SEPHORiA tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Resale or the unauthorized transfer of tickets is not allowed under any circumstance. One person will be admitted per ticket. Sephora may deny access to persons we reasonably suspect to be holding a resold, unauthorized, or counterfeit ticket. Exchanges and upgrades are not permitted.
Where do I find my ticket?
Your ticket will be shared as a PDF attachment in your confirmation email from SquadUP.
What if I lose my ticket?
Your ticket is like cash—if you lose it, we can’t replace it. So treat your digital ticket like your favorite product. Put it in a safe place!

Is there an age requirement to attend SEPHORiA?
You cannot purchase a ticket if you are under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, an adult 18 years or older must purchase a ticket for you.
You must be 10 years of age or older to attend SEPHORiA, and you must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
Is there parking at the venue?

What can I bring to SEPHORiA?
Bags, purses, and other personal items are limited by size and must be a clear/see-through bag. Bags and purses larger than 4.5” x 6.5” are not allowed. Exceptions will be made for approved medical bags or equipment, subject to inspection. Sephora will not be providing a coat check or other storage at the event. Strollers are not permitted at the event. Animals are not permitted in the event other than licensed service and emotional support animals. Proof of licensing is required upon entry to the event. Weapons, tobacco, or smoking products (including e-cigarettes) and outside food and drink are expressly prohibited. Additional items may not be allowed inside the event as determined by Sephora in its reasonable discretion. Swag bags from previous SEPHORiA sessions will not be allowed back into the venue for another ticketed session.
Will I get access to swag and product samples at SEPHORiA?
YES!! SEPHORiA might as well be your favorite day of the year. In addition to the swag bag associated with your ticket, you will have the opportunity to collect samples and swag inside SEPHORiA too.
I can no longer make the event. Can I still receive my swag bag and brand samples?
You must be present at your ticketed event session to claim your swag bag and samples.
Is SEPHORiA ADA compliant?
Yes! Pullman Yards is an ADA-compliant venue.
Will I receive Sephora Beauty Insider points for my SEPHORiA ticket purchase?
No, SEPHORiA tickets are not eligible to earn Sephora Beauty Insider points.
Can I be excluded from the SEPHORiA event?
We want to give everyone the best event experience, so we reserve the right to ask any event attendee to leave if they represent a danger to themselves or others, are not following event rules, or are behaving in a way that we reasonably believe to be offensive or inappropriate.
