The theme for the October 2015 box was “The Harvest” and it included all sorts of great pumpkiny and other fall items! Prospurly is a monthly subscription box featuring 6-8 luxurious products in each box, with an average $80 value. Items include gourmet foods and bath & body essentials, plus fun gifts and games to share with friends. Prospurly features organic, handcrafted, and sustainable items! I was excited to see bubble wrap! I have had some issues with this box and the protection of items and was glad to see that they have started bubble wrapping items.
The card is basically impossible to read. I hope they go to a folding card soon!
Everything in the October box!
Valentina’s Home-brewed Protection Bath Salts ($7) These Balt salts are 100% sea salt plus an essential oil blend. This one is for protection and positive, healing energy for a sleep-filled night. I liked that the package noted that these salts are safe for whirlpools and spas, too.
The Suds Cafe Handmade Pumpkin Spice Soap ($5.50) This is a natural goats’ milk soap and so pretty (and smells great!). It looks like someone cut into a pumpkin bar treat – oats at the bottom for scrubbing and a pretty frosting later sprinkled with cinnamon! 100% natural!
Bliss Pharm Beauty Cinnamon, Clove & Tangerine Hand Sanitizer ($11) I am loving the new trend to scented yet natural hand sanitizers! We go through a lot of them and this has a spicy fall scent!
Benescentials Fall into Winter Aromatherapy Spray ($15) This is fall in a different way with a strong scent of pine. Like the name, it was more wintry than the other items in the box. It was very natural smelling, as it uses only essential oils for the scent. It wasn’t my fave, but I’ll leave it in the bathroom for my husband. Courtesy spray, please!
Skin Nutrition from Nature with Love Pumpkin Spice Lip Balm ($3) I loved this sweet (it has stevia) and smooth lip balm! It smells and tastes great and didn’t leave any weird coating on my lips. One of my favorite lip balms this year! I’m not sure which of the ingredients makes it so amazing, but it was perfection!
Skin Nutrition from Nature with Love Pumpkin Lotion ($5) This lotion is from the same company as the balm and I loved it too! It smelled so delicious and uses shea butter, mango butter, plus hemp, sweet almond, and hazelnut oils. Look how thick it is, it plopped out in a dollop!
Honey Girls Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix ($14.99) This is a cute paleo cookie mix with almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, coconut, chocolate chips, baking soda, and sea salt. The store picture has it in three layers but it didn’t show up that way. I doubt it ever does! The price seemed a tad high to me (even higher than the Popsugar cookie mix), but that’s what it sells for (and apparently other cookie mixes in a jar do as well on etsy, plus this is paleo). It was a nice item and I am sure will make a tasty cookie!
Tin Pony Soap House Cinnamon Whiskey Candle ($16) This is a hand poured small batch pure soy candle in a cute mason jar. I love the logo! It smells like whiskey with cinnamon wafting over it – an usual scent, but perfect for fall!
This was my favorite Prospurly box ever. It was the perfect fall box, had about $77.50 in value, and the curation was top notch. How could you go wrong with pumpkin and a candle?
