Mighty Fix Subscription Box Review – August 2015

I was surprised to find such a slim envelope for this month’s Mighty Fix. Mighty Fix is a subscription box from Mighty Nest. Every month their curators handpick a singular solution that helps you live more mindfully. You can add on items to have them ship free, which is a nice benefit.

The subscription comes with an information card with the details on the monthly items.

This month had a recipe on the back.

This month’s Mighty Fix was a set of Lunchskins. These bags are dishwasher safe with a BPA lining. Mighty Nest guarantees the value to be more than $10. This set’s MSRP is $10.99, and a set with the same sizes is available on Amazon for $9.99.

LunchSkins are made from a quick drying fabric that is coated with a food-safe polyurethane liner. This unique high-quality fabric was originally manufactured for pastry bags used in bakeries, restaurants and home kitchens. Additionally, LunchSkins are grease-proof and moisture proof making them ideal for messy sandwiches and snacks.

The primary benefit of this subscription is the free Mighty Nest shipping. I haven’t used it – so I’ve decided to cancel. The items seemed nice – but repetitive to what I receive in other subscriptions at a far lower value. Plus, I was just kind of bored with this subscription. There just isn’t enough “there” there! I think if you’re an infrequent subscriber and like the kind of products I’ve shown in my reviews you’d enjoy this subscription.
