Here’s the back of the booklet with yet another workout routine!

Surprise! There was another online digital bonus included!

I am looking forward to starting my free 30-day trial!

Everything in the box!

be güd beverages Apple Ginger ($12) I’ve tried apple cider vinegar mixed in water before, it’s not too bad but I do wonder what it does to my teeth (although I never think about the damage sodas could be wreaking on them because brains are weird). From what I’ve read this may help keep the contents of the stomach from emptying quickly and therefore would make one feel fuller longer. There’s all kinds of claims that it boosts this and supports that but like all supplements, it hasn’t been proven and this has a disclaimer on the bottle. The ingredients are water, apple cider vinegar, agave sugar, and organic flavors, in this case, ginger. I drank it without mixing in water, and two tablespoons is a serving. The flavor reminded me of BBQ sauce for some reason, maybe because my homemade sauce has apple cider vinegar!

Rishi Matcha Sticks ($15) I am always quick to say that I am not a fan of matcha yet I tried one of these drink sticks anyways and it wasn’t awful!

It’s made of a blend of 4 different cultivars of organic Japanese green tea and it is ground into a fine powder with no other additives. There are 16 packs in the box and you pour into a 16 ounce bottle of water, give it a good shake (or 5), and then drink. There is 54mg of caffeine and of course antioxidants from the tea itself.

I poured into a glass of water and stirred it a few times with a spoon but there were still clumps but a motorized whish took care of that (but I didn’t use it until after this picture was taken). I thought it might taste like sencha, which always reminds me of spinach, but it didn’t. It didn’t have whatever it is that usually makes me dislike matcha. It wasn’t bitter either. Overall I liked it, it was smooth and easy to drink.

Foods Alive Onion Garlic Flax Crackers ($1.99) There were two bonus snacks listed and this is one of them. They are crackers made with flax seed, garlic, onion, salt, and tomato powder. The garlic and onion flavor is very strong, make sure to have some gum or mints on hand if you plan on speaking to others afterwards. The flax seeds are supposed to be alive and you could plant these crackers and grow your own flax.

Lorenta Natural Nut Mix Nature’s Delight ($10.99 – 1 lb. Bag, around $1.50 value?) While salted, roasted nuts are one of my favorite snacks, these natural (non-salted, non-roasted) nuts are tasty too and are a good option if you are watching your sodium intake. There’s almonds (sliced and whole), hazelnuts (aka filberts), and pecans. Nuts are a calorie-dense food so this turned into three snacks for me, although the bag says it has 1.5 servings per container.

Lesser Evil Popcorn Himalayan Pink Salt ($0.63) This tastes like lightly salted, lightly buttered popcorn but it’s made with non-GMO corn and coconut oil, no dairy products to be found. I ate it by dumping right from the bag to my mouth and I swear I could smell the coconut!

Warrior Mix Hagen’s Berry Bomb Snack Mix ($4.95) Hmm, the card said I would receive a chocolate version of this snack but instead I received one with berries so know that substitutions may be made, or maybe they packed the wrong bag, it’s all good. This is like a hybrid of trail mix and granola and comes in clumps and you can eat it straight out of the bag or with milk or on yogurt etc. It has ingredients like almonds, coconut, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, craisins, and a few other things and is sweetened with honey. It is moist and nutty and very delicious.

Whoa! Dough Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ($2.50) I think the idea behind this bar is that you can eat raw cookie dough without consuming pathogens that might make you sick (from raw eggs and uncooked wheat flour). These are gluten-free so no wheat flour — instead, they are made with oat and chickpea flours. There’s also allulose (a sugar substitute), chocolate chips, and a few other ingredients. It really does taste like cookie dough and there is no aftertaste from the sweetener.

Hungry Buddha Keto Bar Mint Chip ($2.50) I love chocolate and mint, and I love chocolate and nuts, but I don’t love chocolate and mint and nuts. I think the coconut products in this bar were off, there was a weird aftertaste that went beyond the stevia and monk fruit sweeteners. If you’ve tried this bar in this flavor before then please let us know in the comments what you thought of it, because this combo doesn’t work for me.

Lorenta Stroopwafel Caramel ($0.94) This is the second bonus snack and I think I got one of these last month and from what I remember, it was one of the best I’ve ever tried, but to be blunt most stroopwafels taste very similar. It’s two thin waffle cookies with a layer of caramel in the middle and it’s kind of chewy. Enjoy with tea or coffee, and if you like you can place it on top of that hot cup to gently heat the caramel.

I thought the October FitSnack box was one of the best ones so far! Usually there are a lot of doubles but that only happened with one snack this month. There was a full bottle of an apple cider vinegar drink, and lots of green tea sticks and these were pretty tasty! There were a couple of new-to-me brands and snacks, and a couple of repeat bonus items and either way, it was all good, except for chocolate and nuts and mint — some flavor combos don’t work for me personally and that’s on me. I had no problems streaming the bonus content and I look forward to trying out the yoga subscription!
