Brick Loot is a monthly subscription box filled with LEGO-compatible items, bricks, and brick building accessories for LEGO fans. Brick Loot box is filled with 4-8 items that were hand picked by Brick specialists who scour the world for the newest and coolest products for you to collect.

The theme for this one is Brick Safari!

DEAL: Get 15% off any subscription with coupon code hello15.

The box is packed with mini-builds and building accessories. It is a great subscription for adding bricks, specialty accessories like lighting elements, and themed mini-figs to your collection – it often serves as a sampler pack for trying out products from various third-party LEGO-compatible vendors.

All the information is supplied on the card, including information about the different aftermarket companies.

Everything in the January 2017 Brick Loot box!

United Bricks Snake Wrangler Minifigure

This snake wrangler comes complete with safari outfit and snake! ?

I love the detail that the snake wraps all the way around.

Bonus – Brick Separator: Thank you for saving my manicure! For the uninitiated, this handy tool helps separate bricks!

Chrome Bike: This bike was sent to subscribers in one of 5 colors.

Ours was blinged out gold chrome!

It’s amazing and the mini-figs stay right on. This is one of the best LEGO accessories I’ve ever had. Ever!

Animal Kingdom Miles Eagle, Macaw, and Night Owl: This trio of birds is a fun safari set!

They worked up into a fun little matching set.

This cute birdie was pretty snazzy but we had trouble with the feet staying on when we built it. Sometimes with these non-LEGO builds, I have to rearrange the steps and I did in this case. No photo, but we also attached the bouquet to the back of the bike when playing with it.

What a hoot! I love the little tree to stick the birds on btw.

I was bummed that there wasn’t an eye sticker as shown on the box – it would have really finished this build out. I think my kids might have sharpied one!

Funky Monkey Minifig Designed By Tyler Clites

This build features 100% LEGO parts and was designed by Tyler Clites.

Unlike the birds, my 6-year-old was able to complete this one almost without assistance. He gleefully noted (when I asked how the banana went on) the little pegs on the side, and that the monkey could hold it with either hand!

Love those eyes! This one was so much fun!

There was also a discount card for The Creation Nation.

My son always flips out when we get this box, and I love that we get an hour or two of time to spend together with just the two of us – but I admit that I have a blast building things too – this is also a great box for AFOLs!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They do not back their products.
