Pampered Mommy May 2016 Subscription Box Review & Coupon

Pampered Mommy is a monthly subscription box that is made specifically for moms.  They send you a selection of bath, beauty products, accessories, and other fun essentials that are designed just for mommies.  And it comes in the cutest pink box with white lace filigree printed on it.

This is Pampered Mommy’s  May box of wonderfulness.    The boxes are shipped out around the 20th of the month.  You can purchase your subscription one month at a time for $29.99 per month (plus shipping) or pay 3 months at a time for $89.97 and shipping is free.    They also have one time purchase options available for their past boxes for $34.99 plus shipping.  The March and April boxes were also extremely fabulous if you were considering ordering a past box.

All this was packed into the box of mommy wonderfulness.

Each product is listed, described in detail and they give you the retail price!!  They even calculate the full retail price at the bottom.  This box is valued at $60+!!   At just $29.99 for the box this box is a great value, and mama needs value.  And chocolate…….

Don’t hate me because I have almond butter and you don’t.  This stuff was so good.  All natural with ingredients you can pronounce. The Justin’s Maple Almond Butter retails for $1.59 for this 1.15oz packet (it was enough for two bagel slices.)

The peanut butter cups were a little melty, but nothing popping them in the freezer for a couple hours wouldn’t fix.  I prefer them cold anyway.  (The heat of the South and chocolate don’t mix well; I may have to move.)  The Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups retail for $2.49.

This brutally honest mug by Side of Sass was in the box.  It retails for $12.  They have some great sayings on their cups.   “Mom hair, don’t care.”  “I don’t like most people, so I create my own.”  “Stop Talking.”  And, many more.  You can even order custom mugs.  I want one for my dear husband that says, “Picky-Butt Husband.”  He would love it.

So, I went there.  I had to.  It was like a perfect storm.  You would have done the same if you had coffee and a bagel and a box arrived at your door with almond butter and a new coffee cup.

Does your house stink?  Because mine doesn’t, at least not any more.  It smells like this lovely Clean Home Fragrance in Warm Cotton scent that was in the box.  It has a retail value of $24.  It had a nice clean scent, like you just washed and line dried your couch (or whatever you sprayed it on).

This cute bottle of Blossom Cuticle Oil in Spring Bouquet was in the box.  It retails for around $6.  So, now I’m sitting on my front porch eating an almond butter bagel, drinking coffee and doing my nails.  I feel like a Pampered Mommy cliche.  In a good way.

And then there was this.  It came with it’s own little product card from Mending Malas, a meditation jewelry line created to raise funds for healing yoga retreats to help baby loss mamas.  I think it’s beautiful, but I have a friend that lost her first born to still birth 14 years ago this week and it must be hers.  It is a natural jade gemstone bracelet and retails for $19.50.

Pampered Mommy Subscription Box is good at doing just what it’s name says.  This mama feels pampered anyway.   The teenager won’t answer you when you talk to him, the 5 year old won’t hush (how many times can she sing the same song!) and the baby is dirty again……  A pink box in the mailbox won’t make it all go away (you wouldn’t really want it to), but it will make it better.  And for a bargain price too.
