Five Four Club March 2016 Subscription Review & Coupons

Five Four Club is a men’s clothing monthly subscription club – sign up, pick a style profile and your sizes, and get clothes every month. T’s style profile is “casual.”  This subscription ships at the end of the month. The subscription is a $60 flat monthly fee, and traditionally subscribers receive a variable number of items each month, depending on the value of the month’s selections (months with several items usually include a tee shirt or other lower value item).

Spring is in the air! T, age 17, could not wait to try out the clothes. The two clothing items are part of the Five Four + Robert Geller line. My son changed his style survey from Mix to Casual. He also switched his size from Medium to Small. The March box is the first box to represent the changes. It is also the first box of the spring cycle.

The first item is the two-toned Caine long sleeve shirt. The upper half of the shirt is a lighter black although it almost looks blue in the picture.

It is made out of 85% cotton and 15% linen. Everything feels like cotton except for the outside part of the bottom half of the shirt. The outside part of the bottom half of the shirt feels like linen.

T went with a size small which resulted in a better fit. There is an extra button included on the fabric care tag.

T is excited to receive his first pair of jeans from Five Four Club. He selected a 31 Slim. The pants come in one length. It looks like I need to put on my tailor hat and hem the jeans.

T liked the outside tag. It did not bother him.

He liked the pockets. He went through a stage where he preferred cargo style because he put his phone in a side pocket.

I see hemming in my future. He is happy with the fit. His biggest problem with jeans is in the thigh area because of muscle from playing sports.

He loves the look, especially with the sunglasses. He’s very happy and satisfied with the fit and the selection of the box.

I think T looks great. Going down a size made a difference. The clothes fit him and his personality. March is a difficult weather month where I live. It can be snowing one day and warm the next day but these clothes are perfect for the transitional weather. T can’t wait for next month!
