Our July YA book takes us to a fairy tale world filled with darkness. We follow our protagonist who has been training with her powers and skills to defeat the presence that haunts their kingdom and destroyed her family. But as she gets ready to face them, she notices her mother acting strangely and talking to herself. As she uncovers more about her past than she ever knew, she must figure out a way to save both her kingdom and her mother before it is too late.
