The Spring Be Kind box was a real disappointment for me. It only contained 5 items and did not include the book showing the items as well as describing the items.
This was a complete waste of $50+ dollars. I would like to either have a refund or resend a fully completed box. I have been a customer for several years and this is my first complaint.
If you want to cancel when you are set up for annual subscription, be sure to do it early before renewal. I received email on 2/14 that my subscription was renewing for year and I emailed back that I wanted to cancel. I was told I was too late to cancel for current year!
