The December 2023 Vegancuts Beauty Box theme was Frost & Flair and they sent four beauty products and a bonus item (which may vary), but the base box included a lip balm, dry shampoo, and mascara. You can expect to receive vegan and cruelty-free products (and Vegancuts offers a snack box too)! See what I received in this month’s box below!

DEAL: Use the coupon code hellosub to get $5 off your first box on any Vegancuts subscription! It can only be used once per customer, but it can be used on multiple subscriptions at once so long as they are in the same transaction.

Proceeds from this box supports animals in need.

Authentic Beauty Concept Dry Shampoo ($11) Dry shampoos are not something that I use due to having a sensitive scalp but this one has ingredients such as alcohol and rice powder. It’s supposed to refresh day-old hair and provide texture and has heat protectant properties up to 450 degrees. It smells good, like a floral musk, and it’s supposed to be invisible once it’s worked in.

Nuria Moisture Replenishing Serum ($32) is supposed to help skin stay hydrated with a blend of Helichrysium bracteatum (Everlasting Flower) and hyaluronic acid. The ingredients actually list Helichrysium italicum, otherwise known as Curry Plant, and it looks very different from the flower on the brand’s website, but maybe it has similar properties? It also has added fragrance to make it smell floral. Use before your regular moisturizer.

Delizioso Skincare Watermelon Anti Aging Under Eye Gel ($48) is supposed to improve the under-eye appearance by reducing the look of circle and bags. It’s a non-oily gel and isn’t sticky when dry, plus it has a light, fruity scent. Some of the ingredients are aloe, watermelon seed extract, coffee seed oil, avocado oil, and vitamin C.

Bali Balm Cinnamon & Burnt Orange Lip Balm ($9) Cinnamon and orange sound like a great combo, and perfect for the cold times of the year, it’s a cozy kind of flavor. It’s kind of thick coming out of the tube, but it feels silky smooth once applied. Some of the ingredients are castor oil, coconut oil, vitamin E, and shea butter. I like the flavor and feel!

Emani Healthy Lash Mascara ($20) is made to lengthen, lift, and separate lashes for a fuller look. I find that most mascara just makes my lashes noticeable, and this was no different. I found the best results with two coats and it stayed in place all day long. It doesn’t have any fragrance added but does have a scent, kind of floral mixed with vegetable oil. It has several oils in the formula, such as avocado, jojoba, and castor.

Vegancuts sent four items plus a bonus which may vary from box to box – I received the watermelon eye serum as my bonus. The rest of the items from the December box, which was themed “Frost and Flare”, helped keep my skin and lips moist and the mascara left my lashes looking better than without mascara. I didn’t try the dry shampoo but that’s due to my sensitive scalp but I’m sure I know someone who will be glad to put it to use. The value for the base items was around $72, and of course the total value will depend on your bonus item.
