I and several others that paid for an annual subscription on 11/27 during their BF sale have been charged for another annual subscription so if you’ve ordered then keep an eye out
Has anyone else had a nightmare experience with this? I purchased the Fall box in September and it took 2 months to ship out and then they ended up sending me the Summer box! Which is not what I ordered and is useless to me. Customer service has been a nightmare to deal with. The people over the phone don’t do anything and just tell you to email.
