What is SEPHORiA?
SEPHORiA is Sephora’s biggest beauty event of the year—a place to meet your beauty icons, learn about the newest products, enjoy incredible swag, and more. In 2018 and 2019, it was an in-person, ticketed event, and in 2021 and 2022, it was a free virtual experience. This year, it’s both!
2023’s in-person event will be held in New York City for the first time ever, and the free virtual event will be open globally to welcome all with an immersive, 3-D, game-like beauty environment. This year there will be more content and games than ever, featuring first looks and exclusive brand content, plus other surprises!
Can I attend both the live NYC and virtual SEPHORiA events?
YES! We would love to see you at both SEPHORiA experiences!
If I can’t attend anymore, can I return my ticket or give it to someone else?
All SEPHORiA: House of Beauty tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Resale or the unauthorized transfer of tickets is not allowed under any circumstance. One person will be admitted per ticket. Sephora may deny access to persons we reasonably suspect to be holding a resold, unauthorized, or counterfeit ticket. Exchanges and upgrades are not permitted.
What if I lose my ticket?
Your ticket is like cash—if you lose it, we can’t replace it. So treat your ticket like your favorite product. Put it in a safe place!
Is SEPHORiA ADA compliant?
Skylight at Essex Crossing is a completely ADA-compliant venue with access to elevators to get between floors.
Will I receive Sephora Beauty Insider points for my SEPHORiA NYC event ticket or Virtual Key Swag purchase?
No, SEPHORiA tickets and Virtual Key Swag are not eligible to earn Sephora Beauty Insider points.
What devices can be used to access the virtual event?
A desktop or laptop computer is recommended for optimal user experience. Smartphones and tablets can also be used. Data usage may apply for mobile devices.
Are there any programs or software I’ll need on my device to ensure my virtual event experience runs smoothly?
No! The event will run off your internet browser of choice.
I see that registration to the virtual event includes free access to a commemorative SEPHORiA NFT. What is this?!
An NFT is a digital collectible that allows holders to prove ownership of digital items, such as art, music, in-game items, and more. It can also serve as a virtual ticket stub showing that you attended an event, like SEPHORiA! We are excited to debut our second (free!) NFT on September 29 during the virtual event, which also includes access to an exclusive perk!
Is anyone able to earn perks and obtain the SEPHORiA NFT within the virtual event experience?
To be eligible, make sure you register for the SEPHORiA virtual event using your Sephora Beauty Insider email address!
Can I be excluded from the SEPHORiA event(s)?
We want to give everyone the best event experience, so we reserve the right to ask any event attendee to leave if they represent a danger to themselves or others, are not following event rules, or are behaving in a way that we reasonably believe to be offensive or inappropriate.
