I’m on the annual plan, I was upset about old products in April… but now I’m REALLY upset because I can’t dispute the charge from back in October and they didn’t ship a May or June box and their website is turned off so I can’t even see my account or contact them. They have stolen my money at this point.
What is going on with this box?? It used to be so good. Now they are using old stock?
I’m not sure ANY of this is new. I emailed them to ask if this was old stock or a new collaboration, and haven’t gotten a reply to date.
I got both of the boxes featuring Purlisse and Nudestix and was not happy with the freshness of the products several months ago.
I’m sorry but I will never buy from this company again after 3 bad quality issues related to the age/ storage of the products sold.
It’s even worse than that. The Purlisse products are from the box they sent out in the fall of 2020

I was already charged ,so I have no option now, but to receive it..but honestly I’m not happy with this…its old ,I’ve had both before…also wasn’t thrilled about …a last minute box thrown together honestly….. And wondering why all communication stopped…
