Kocostar Tropical Eye Patch ($8) gives some nourishment to the delicate under-eye area! I received two packs in the box, each containing a pair inspired by tropical fruits. They’re amazingly hydrating and cooling, plus they come in hydrogel patch form that delivers skin-friendly ingredients to the eye area minus the irritation. I’ve received the coconut variant, and these hydrogels are white, looking similar to coconut flesh. Infused with natural tropical fruit extracts, they soothe and hydrate the skin around the eyes with brighter results. This product is suitable for all skin types and is paraben-free! Also, I like how the packaging looks. It’s loaded with tropical vibes! And although inspired by coconut, you can smell nothing at all, as they’re unscented – perfect for individuals with sensitivity to smell.
Another lovely product in this quarter’s beauty fix is Pursuit BeautyClean Wave Daily Exfoliating Face Cleanser ($28). It’s an all-in-one cleanser that removes dirt and makeup while gently exfoliating the skin. Formulated with rice powder, seaweed extract, and aloe, it cleanses from deep within without stripping skin’s moisture and protecting it from oxidative damage. It soothes, hydrates, and balances the skin, revealing a clean and bright complexion with a smooth and soft texture! I like how gentle it is and how it washes away impurities without drying up the skin, leaving it radiant and glowing. It has a gel-like consistency that feels nice when massaged to the skin. It’s a perfect addition to one’s daily skincare routine!
For a relaxing bath time, they’ve included Florida Glow Coconut Mango Salt Scrub ($28) in the box and it smells heavenly! It only contains clean, minimal ingredients, ensuring you give your skin the best treat this winter. With just ultra-pulverized sea salt and coconut oil, you can give a nourishing gift to your body – from head to toe. The smell will definitely remind you of a day on the beach, no matter how cold it is in winter. It smells sweet and tropical, like how you would want a summer surprise to be! I love that all products in this season’s box are hydrating and nourishing. They give my skin much-needed moisture during these drying, cold months. There are four products in all, and each is a must-have on my skincare stash this winter (and even beyond!). There are two pairs of eye patches to provide moisture to the under-eye area, a face cleanser to wash away dirt and impurities, and a day cream that’s like food for the skin. I especially like the salt scrub because it feels really amazing on the skin. With its sweet tropical fragrance, it’s like I’m transported on a spa-like vacation down the tropics amidst the chilly breeze of winter! The packaging of the products has a tropical feel to them, living up to the beachy theme of the beauty box. I also appreciate that everything is from a clean beauty brand. They’re vegan, cruelty-free, and reef-friendly, with none of the bad stuff like phthalates, parabens, and sulfates. With a box total of $112, it’s one amazing gift to unbox this season.
