They evolved into elegant displays for rare flowers, curiosities and cherished heirlooms. Now, they are the perfect vessel for dried or paper flower arrangements! This month, learn how to make crepe paper flowers and arrange them in a cloche. Option to leave the base as is, or you can paint or stain it with materials you have at home.
