InSyle x Astrology Zone Limited Edition Beauty Boxes are limited edition boxes for Fall 2021 and they are curated to best fit the element that corresponds to your astrological sign! I was very excited to try not one, but all four of the boxes! If you were wondering, my astrological sign is Libra which means Air is the box specifically for my sign, but I couldn’t resist, all of the boxes look amazing!

Each box also had a mini magazine with individual, in-depth horoscopes for every sign for the year ahead. I also found a card in each box with all of the items shown along with a brief description.

The Air Box: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius – $35, approximately $158.30 value! This box aligns with my star sign and has a little bit of everything so all my beauty bases are covered. I’m having a hard time picking a favorite, but the watermelon-scented body lotion from Glow Recipe smells like my favorite Jolly Rancher candy. The multi-use body/hair oil from WEN is another hit with me, and has a pretty natural ingredient list. A whole bottle of hand sanitizer? Thanks for helping keep this germaphobe healthy this winter!

The Fire Box: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius – $35, approximately $135.55 value! One of my daughters is a Leo and the other is a Gemini so between the three of us we will find items that work well for each of us. The Fire box, like all four boxes in the collection, has items for hair, body, and face. There’s a face mist that smells like roses from singer Alicia Keys, another mist that can be used on hair or the body, and a body wash that doubles as shampoo. There is also a lovely lipstick in a fiery shade.

The Earth Box: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn – $35, approximately $149.38 value! Despite being an air sign, I feel like I am drawn more to the Earth box. There was another rose water facial mist here, but this one only has two ingredients, I don’t think you can get more natural than water and rose oil. There’s a tropical fruity hand cream, a couple of neutral lip products, and although the nail colors vary, mine is in a subdued shade.

The Water Box: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces – $35, approximately $149.97 value! According to Susan Miller, Water signs are really into makeup so InStyle included a liquid eyeshadow and a lip product that exfoliates lips and then settles into a hint of color based on your skin tone. There’s that luscious Davines hair/body wash, a minty lip balm in a tube the color of the ocean, and a jelly cleanser to help remove makeup at the end of the day.

I had a blast with the Astrology Zone Cosmic Collection boxes from InStyle and Susan Miller! Each box was packed with products and I actually had fun opening them and discovering all of the items inside. Although they were curated specifically for each element, I found all kinds of lovely items in each of the boxes, and it’s possible that the Earth box was more my style than the Air box that was specifically for my sign. The booklet is the same in all four boxes, so if you decide to go rogue and get any (or all) of the boxes, you will still be able to read your horoscope for the year ahead. Each box also came with that free subscription offer and it adds to the box value. As I opened each box it made me wish that this box would come on a regular basis, whether aligned with elements or not, and it was a great value and had both brands known to me and some that I was eager to learn more about.
