Have yet to receive anything an no tracking info.
No luck in getting though on customer service line … Into 3rd month now.
I had very much looked forward to trying this.
Terrible and starting to appear a scam. That’s a lot of money … Terrible customer service. There is none.
I would suggest contacting them via email on their website (it says something like “contact Customer Service” when you log in to GB. This is how I contact them and I get a response usually in under 48 hours.
Got a hold of them. 3 X phone cut offs and finally. CSR. Seemed to be resolved. But NO. Still no email or confirmations. I received a crap box with dinky samples from March … T this point an insult. Over $100. In fees 22 plus tax 4x and 18 plus tax … I’m so angry. Customer service was polite but did nothing as promised and no action or ordered products received. I see all these jam up boxes advertised and was very much looking forward to holiday seasonal and monthly. They have terrible customer service which is not shy of complete rip off and breaking their own written policies. By a ? Miracle maybe ? receive proper ordered items this week end. Or an actual email. I did log in and has a reply. Then ? Since removed !? … I’m ready to contact BBB and have bank handle what they can if not corrected – it really makes me appreciate the other Sub boxes and I am sad for that. I offer honest praise freely toward good vendors. I was very much hopeful to have good experience with Glossy. Huge disappointment. Costly.
They did send the October box as a bonus box and it included the eye mask that was in the picture. I was very impressed they did this.
My bonus box never arrived and when I contacted Glossybox they said they its now out of stock and I will get it when it’s back in stock. Which I don’t see happening since it was a Halloween box! I’m so unhappy with their CS and delayed shipments that I’ve decided not to renew when this sub is up. 😕

Does Glossybox actually have these special tins in their possession? Good point about the October box….I really really wanted it (more than the products lol).
