I got my macy beauty box today I got every thing,, I am happy,, I love my macy Beauty box.
Same here. I saw it pop up at 11:20 p.m. I was like wait what? I was giving up on it for sure! I tried calling and was on the phone for almost 2 hours. Didn’t really get anywhere because the customer service rep didn’t even know Macy’s had a Beauty Box🤔 So I just figured yeah that’s a wash quite surprised and happy too!
Hey every body,, I spoke to customer service Rep a very nice guy,,, he said they is an issue and they are aware of It,,, they are working to fix the issue,,, so just be patient every body,, they will let us know when it’s fixed and we should be getting our beauty boxes.
Thanks for the update. Would be nice if Macy’s would send all subscribers an update to our email.

Mine just got billed and shipped yesterday too! Super excited because I’ve been on the waitlist forever and I finally got an active subscription starting this month. I was worried when they hadn’t billed me yet but like I said I got billed and my box shipped yesterday!
So we are on the 8th of December and I have not yet gotten billed for my December Macy’s Beauty box. Supposedly the best box of the year! So I mean as by the looks of it it looks pretty decent better than a lot of them. I have tried to call I’ve got no answer to any questions anyone over at Macy’s I can’t seem to get anyone that even knows there’s a Macy’s Beauty box subscription go figure. I’ve checked all three credit cards that I have on file with them and I have not been yet billed. Now when I look in my account it’s showing me my billing date for January’s box it’s like they just skipped over December’s I don’t understand? Has anybody gotten any billing information for their December box? Any emails confirming their order any orders in their list of orders in their account is it showing that there is in fact an order number for December’s box? These are the things that I most look at to find out whether or not my box has been paid for and is or should be coming. Any information from anyone that deals with this box is greatly appreciated. This box usually for December anyway is one of my most viewed videos. And when you’re talking about YouTube that’s money in my pocket so not only is it a good box but it’s helping me to make money so when it doesn’t show up then I lose money if that makes any sense. I’m a little hot under the collar in case you can’t tell LOL!

I was charged on the 10th. Today I was checking on tracking for all my subs. No email. No explanation. Just order cancelled listed on my subscription page. Not even a refund yet. Weird

I haven’t been charged either and I’ve been subbed since their second box. I wonder what’s going on?!
Yeah I haven’t gotten billed for it either no email saying thank you for your order and then when I go into my account it’s showing the last order for November’s box and now it’s telling me that my next billing date will be to be between December 25th and January whatever? So what? And believe me I have three methods of payment on there plenty of money on all my cards so there shouldn’t be any issues I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone to verify whether or not I have any type of shipment coming like did you Bill me what’s the deal nothing I get no answers from anyone. Usually when it shows me the next month’s billing date that means that the month like say this month for December is done build and it should be shipping soon. But I don’t see anything and I didn’t get anything saying that my box for December was canceled or there was an issue with payment nothing I got no emails about anything! Anyone has any suggestions please I’m open to hear them all 🙄🙏
My card was not charge for the December box and I never got an email. I just looked at my account details and it shows the billing schedule for January’s box??? I have been a subscriber for a long time and I have never had an issue like this before.

This looks like a great box. I did not like November at all. But I did use the $5 discount card for shampoo I needed.
Just a warning, it has been an absolute nightmare for me to try to cancel this box. The website does not work, and I emailed customer service several times, they each say they do not have access to your account and just give you different instructions to use the same website that doesn’t work. I also called customer service multiple times, they also couldn’t help me. One rep even somehow managed to transfer me to the Allure Beauty Box customer service number.
I had the same problem months ago. This worked for me…go to your Macy’s.com account, sign in, go to your past orders, click on one of your beauty box orders, click details, click manage subscription, click cancel. Hope it works for you!
I just cancelled mine today and it was super simple. Just go here: https://www.macys.com/subscription/manageSubscriptions (you will need to sign in) and then click the Cancel Subscription button and a confirmation page will pop up confirming your cancellation date. Easy-peasy 😉
(for reference) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by the 10th of each month to affect the next month’s Box. Please note, if you cancel your Beauty Box subscription after the 10th of the month, you will still receive next month’s Beauty Box. The cancellation will go into effect after you receive next month’s box. However, if you canceled your subscription prior to the 10th, you will not receive another Beauty Box.
