As winter approaches and we gear up for the excitement that comes with new spoilers, we know that some of you are still awaiting your Fall Boxes and Choice+ orders. Please know that in spite of this transition, getting them delivered remains our number one priority! If you fall into this category, thank you for your continued patience and understanding, and read on for the latest update from our team on the fulfillment frontlines:
Over the past 2 weeks, we’ve continued to ship these orders the moment we receive any inventory previously delayed due to local port congestion and supply chain disruptions, and aside from any orders for which members received a direct email in late October with a distinct shipping timeline specified, we still expect all remaining Fall Boxes and Fall Choice+ orders to ship during Mid-November.
At the moment, there are just a few containers held up at the Port of LA affecting this group of orders, but we’ve confirmed that they are no longer stuck offshore and have been physically offloaded from their vessel. As soon as these containers are released for pickup, we’ll be acting with urgency to get your order out and to your doorstep.
We’re encouraged by this movement and wanted to share an update, however limited, and will continue to provide updates as we receive them.
A final note: though some of the challenges caused by COVID-19 are easing, the bottlenecks and complications that it has created for the global supply chain are much worse than they’ve ever been — and we’re doing everything we can to adjust to this new reality so we can avoid delays going forward. For example, beginning our curations even further in advance. While we currently work 6 months ahead, we’re working to shift to 7-8 months ahead, as this will allow us to receive inventory earlier and provide additional buffer time for unexpected delays or logistical challenges.
We know that waiting isn’t easy and that you have many choices when it comes to who you support — that you’ve chosen to continue to support us and our partners during this challenging time is not something that we take for granted.

I ordered a winter box 8 weeks ago and have not received it. Not impressed. Bought yearly membership Canadian Dollars $303.85???? Please cancel my subscription and refund me in full as there is no box yet.
