This is my first time trying GTFO and my bottle came in a plain white shipping envelope and there were 60 gummies in the jar, a 30 day supply.
The immune enhancers include elderberry, which has antioxidants and vitamin C; zinc, which is known to enhance immunity and reduce inflammation; and vitamin C, which is an immune system booster and has so many other benefits for the body. Please note the FDA disclaimer at the bottom of the bottle, which is required on all supplements, and of course “if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your physician before taking any of our products” (this was on the GTFO website).

The serving size is two gummies a day. I keep the jar on my desk and take them midday but of course if you have kids around you need to put them somewhere they can’t reach because they look and taste like candy. The container has a safety lid but that will probably just slow them down for a bit if they are really determined. The gummies have a berry lemonade flavor that is sweet and sour and oh so good. It’s not hard to take your vitamins when they taste this yummy!
I am so happy to have a jar of GTFO Immunity Gummy Vitamins at hand! There are lots of ways to boost the immune system, such as eating right, exercising, getting enough rest, and washing hands often. I like the additional help of a supplement because I don’t always get it right, especially if I’m in a hurry or feeling stressed out. If you are looking for a great tasting supplement then I can tell you these taste wonderful and I appreciate having one more tool in my arsenal to fight against illness.
