Not just a name change. It’s changing the game. Add-Ons just got an upgrade, and you’re hearing it here first.

In addition to having access to the hottest brands in beauty at a fraction of retail cost, Charmers will now have the chance to shop their favorite beauty and lifestyle items from past boxes at exclusively low prices. You know what that means, no more FOMO! Drop Shop officially goes LIVE on 10/11, so save your $$$, because you’re not going to find steals like these anywhere else!

Drop Shop will happen every month, except for Mega Drop Shop months! Mega Drop Shop will replace PopUp in February, May, August, and November.

Formerly known as “the Add-Ons store”, the Drop Shop is featured every month, except on months the Mega Drop Shop is featured (February, May, August, and November).

Event dates can be found on the calendar on your homepage (you must be logged in to see it). On the opening day of the Drop Shop, you’ll know the event has opened once a banner appears on your homepage indicating you may now shop.

Drop Shop orders ship through the following month from when the event was featured (for example, orders from the January Drop Shop store ship through February). You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Drop Shop orders currently ship separately from the subscription box, and it may take multiple shipments to complete your order. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment. Your tracking email(s) will list the items that were shipped within that package.

There is no shipping cost for orders shipping within the contiguous U.S. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Canada, there is a $5 shipping cost per order.

To place an order:

1. Log-in to your BoxyCharm account
2. Click the banner on your homepage that indicates Drop Shop is open. Or, click “Shop” on the top menu bar, then click “Drop Shop”.
3. Browse the available products and add your faves to your cart.
4. Finalize your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page. Please note that your items are not secured until you checkout. Once finalized, click “Go To Checkout”.
5. Enter any coupon codes you may have. Otherwise, select your shipping address and payment method. Please note that Charms cannot be applied to Drop Shop orders.
6. Confirm your purchase! After you checkout, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your purchase.

Please keep in mind that all products are available first-come, first-serve, and while supplies last. Items in your cart are not secured until checked out.
