I loved my box this month & personally I left IPSY & boxy charm is by far the best! I got amazing products & I can’t wait for more ! Your beauty quiz does have a lot to do with your make up & you can contact the main support for help if you keep getting repeats & I love them because they are super fast! I signed up and not even a week , I had my box!
I keep getting lots of repeat skin care and I don’t need or want it I message them and they say take your beauty quiz! I did and it said No Skin lol but your send me multi skin and repeat each month they stopped responding I’m about to cancel I have been a customer for about 2-3 years I agree my luxy box was not worth the money at all!!!
I cancelled base and Luxe. For now I have Premium but I think I will cancel and subscribe to cheaper more useful subscription like Audible or Skillshare. Maybe by xmas they might improve. If not I will just save money and be able to get launches and mystery boxes when they come out from other companies.

I canceled 3 months ago, bc i keep getting that green olive eyeshadow palette 🎨 and shitty ass mascara with the “eye lash curler” on the opposite end of it. Like bro….. i got repeats 3 fcking times!
I know exactly what olive palette you’re talking about. I too have received it more than once and it’s an ugly palette I won’t use.
Unless an amazing spoiler is revealed, I’m going to cancel. Boxes been getting worse and worse every month. It’ll be fun to find a new subscription box to try out, though
