Brand With a Heart OMG Leave-in Conditioner Blend!

Take your tresses on a tropical vacation without leaving home! A choice product alongside the Way Of Will Brightening Face Serum, nature and science have teamed up to tame your mane with this vegan and cruelty free leave-in conditioner  Lather it in and let the natural botanicals work their magic — your hair will be silky smooth and frizz free in no time flat. Comb this conditioner onto wet or dry hair and style as usual, then just wait to see the results. Brand with a Heart has their own mega-blend cocktail they use in their products called M+. This blend includes 4 ingredients, each selected to care for your hair. First up is the antioxidant-packed Maqui Berry. Maqui Berry is kind of like acai’s less famous big sister. While less popular, it actually includes over 5 times as many antioxidants as acai. In this leave-in conditioner, Maqui Berry helps you turn your hair’s volume up. Next up is the Bamboo Extract which soothes your scalp and strengthens each strand. Then there’s their plant-based protein, which helps penetrate the hair to protect it from those pesky environmental aggressors. Last but certainly not least, their superfood blend, including coffee, goji, green tea, and more, smoothes, strengthens, and adds shine.

Way Of Will Brightening Face Serum!

A choice product alongside the Brand With a Heart OMG Leave-in Conditioner Blend, this sunshine-in-a-bottle is Alltrue-approved, locally made in Toronto, Canada, and naturally packed with vegan and cruelty free ingredients that protect and brighten your skin. With marula, black currant, and carrot seed oil, antioxidant Vitamin C shines in this serum. Vitamin C helps protect your skin from the sun and free radicals. It also brightens, evens out skin tone, and boosts collagen production (aka reduces wrinkles). But Vitamin C isn’t the only key ingredient in the Way of Will serum — it also includes Vitamin A, another skincare staple! Vitamin A (also known as retinol) is recommended for just about any skincare ailment, from acne to aging. It helps put collagen production in turbodrive, reduces hyperpigmentation, and increases cell production, giving you a glowing, rejuvenated, dewy look. If you’ve been a member for a while, you might recognize it: it was a Fall 2020 favorite! We brought it back as a choice product so new members can experience it and returning members can stock up!

I was going to become an annual member. I am so glad I didn’t. I got 1 item that advertised for the summer 2021 box. What a joke of a company. That’s false advertising.

    • KC
      08.21.21

I got all of the things that I didn’t want. I unsubscribed after I got this box. I think the change in the company from cause box to all true may have been a contributing factor to not getting one thing that I picked as an annual member. Did anyone get what they wanted?!?

    • Melissa
      08.28.21

I didn’t even get all of the things that should have come in the box:(

  • B
    08.14.21

    It’s should be called alltrash.
HORRIBLE .. especially since the kids are re already back in school from
Summer break… and I’m just getting the summer box. Summer box full of trash.

    • Ana Conway
      08.19.21

I got one thing from the summer 2021 flyer sent with the box that arrived today. And didn’t even get the lip balm.

  • Georgene Zielinski
    08.07.21

I am an annual subscriber for two boxes. I did not have the option to customize my box which is very disappointing! I do not like what I received from level 1 and 2! I also did not get my spring box as I moved in April and changed my address in late February and was told I can only change it in the beginning of each quarter!!Is something going to be done about this? I believe you will be losing me as a customer!

  • Lindsay
    08.07.21

I loved my spring box….this summer box was a waste of money!!! The “choices” were not really choices at all. Not impressed.

  • Sally Spencer
    08.06.21

I got my box today and it is perfect! I like the items I picked and every item is nice to me. I will use the packing cubes. The silverware set is very nice and I can keep in my desk. The spoon is a great soup spoon and the fork has a spork like shape. The bowls are really nice. They alone are worth the cost of the box. I haven’t tried the conditioner or cream yet but I am excited to try them. I can always use lip balm. win win win win win. I did not get an art print but the magazine was included. It is beautiful and I am going to read it on the beach this weekend. I am happy with his box. I would have liked it earlier but here it is!

As a 74 yo grandma , I gave the product to my daughter and grandkids! Will not renew!

  • Brigette
    07.30.21

Like many others, I’m an annual member and I was not allowed to choose – completely wasting money since I could have opted for seasonal and had the same thankless options. None of what appears in the spoilers is going to work for me – it’s all headed for the trash. (I have sensitive skin so lotions, cheap jewelry won’t work and I have plenty of bowls, towels and utensils already.) I’ve cancelled my annual, but still have the winter box to (ahem, *not*) look forward to…so there’s that. (Sigh)

    • Christina
      08.03.21

Same same same. This is my last box in my annual, already cancelled after the 2nd one.

  • Sarah
    07.25.21

I specifically signed up for the year so I could customize too. I have to say huge ripoff not being able to customize. I’m not sure I would use anything I received this time.

  • Tessa
    07.25.21

Although I have put a hold on the last 2 boxes, I do shop for items when the market is open. There are some great choices for products. It’s a shame they don’t allow a bit more customization. Even without an annual membership, FFF still lets you customize 3 of your items.

  • Jessica
    07.21.21

Changed the name from Causebox to Alltrue…but it’s still just a not good company and poor customer service. I decided to sign up again and order the summer Welcome Box, since you could customize some items. My box came yesterday….holy junk. The box had a grungy Causebox sticker on it….it looked like it had been run over by a truck….the items on the inside were jumbled….ripped open, crushed….and not one item I picked was in there. Contacted c.s. but got no help at all…..just rudeness and told I hadn’t bought the box I thought I did (my account still shows what I ordered….the Welcome Box). This will absolutely be my last time with this awful company.

  • KayKay
    07.16.21

Can’t help but notice that they’re recycling old items from previous boxes. How much Way of Will serum does Alltrue have sitting around anyway and how old is it??

  • Gillian
    07.15.21

I haven’t even received my box or any notification if it shipping. I also ordered additional thing on the market and haven’t heard from that either. A little bummed out about that as I did like my spring box.

    • JenM
      07.16.21

I got my market order, but haven’t gotten or heard anything about my summer box.

  • Sarah
    07.15.21

I also didn’t get to customize my box. I’m also a yearly member. Definitely not pleased

    • Monika
      07.15.21

I as Well didn’t get an email to choose and I pay more to be able too. There is a few things I REALLY don’t want because I will not use so I am pretty upset :/ just got the notification that it shipped

      • Linda D Kelly
        07.21.21

Same here. Very disappointed and will not renew.

    • Tammi
      07.21.21

Me too didnt let me customize

    • Lauren
      07.22.21

June 1 I received an email I was charged for the summer box. June 5th I received the email that it was time to customize. Today (July 2nd) I just received notification that my box is ready to ship and provided the tracking info. Is it possible the email for buried or went to spam folder?

    • Monique
      07.25.21

Same here, I’m an annual member and I want able to customize. Ended up with every item that I didn’t want. I paid annual just for customization.

  • Tru2mi
    07.11.21

I haven’t gotten an email or my box. So much for ethical.

  • Disappointed23
    07.10.21

I did not have the option to customize my box this go around which is very disappointing as I pay more to have this option for my annual subscription. Is something going to be done about this?

    • Julie Avina
      07.11.21

I am an annual member and checked quite a few times for customization, but never saw any, also never received an email.

    • Ashley
      07.13.21

Same! I never get an email saying it’s time to customize the box. I want to pick and choose as, like you said, we pay for that option

    • Liz
      07.13.21

Me neither. Fingers crossed I get good stuff!

  • Marilyn Burt Holmquist
    07.10.21

I received my box today. The box said Cause Box not Alltrue It was all faded and taped up like someone else had received it. When I opened it, it was a complete mess. The paper with the seal had already been broken. The only thing I liked in this used box was the lip balm the rest is going in the trash. I’m cancelling my subscription today. I am beyond disappointed that they would send such junk.

    • Shannon
      07.11.21

The Sticker is to be removed to reveal the new name Alltrue.

  • Joyce McElligott
    07.10.21

Never saw anything about customizing my box. What’s up with that?

  • Stacy
    07.10.21

I did not get a customization email either…I believe they should offer a credit of some sort. I don’t want to be stuck with items I would have never chosen. Now, I just ended up paying for something I potentially can’t use and wasted my money 🙁

  • Lavetta Mccollum
    07.09.21

I did a full membership and never got email to customize. I got email from fed express that it shipped today. Disappointed.

    • Lynne Mendillo
      07.09.21

      Same. Super disappointed.

    • Jen
      07.10.21

      Same really disappointing!

    • Claire
      07.10.21

      Same experience here

      • Karen
        07.28.21

This happened to me as well…not pleased.

  • Bethany
    07.09.21

I’m an annual member and have been for a few years. I got an email today my alltrue box was shipped. I was given no notice for customization. Very disappointed. I have emailed them in the hopes that they will make things right by their members, otherwise I will leave.

    • Laurie Powell
      07.09.21

I also had no email asking me to customize. The decline in products & communication is the reason this is my last box.

  • Jessica
    07.09.21

I never received an email to customize. Really disappointed. This box is very “meh” compared to Winter and Spring 2021

  • Connie Payne
    07.09.21

I didn’t get an email to customize this time. So sad. Hope it doesn’t happen again.

  • Morgan
    07.08.21

I additionally didn’t get an email about the customization or even a heads up. I am disappointed as well. Most of these things were in the spring box.

  • Eileen
    07.08.21

Any idea when we can expect the summer box? Was charged on June 1 and have not received any info since.

  • Lisa
    07.04.21

I started with a welcome box and loved it. Signed up for spring box quarterly and hated just about everything they sent. I canceled I guess when they were in the middle of changing the name. I didn’t realize it hadn’t gone through until I was billed $58.80 for the Summer box last month. Looking at the spoilers I will probably throw that $$ in the trash. I won’t use the hair or beauty products, nor wear their cheap jewelry that turns your skin green. If I get the lip balm that will be the most expensive lip balm I’ve ever gotten because that’s all I’ll keep.
This is the same reason I left FFF.

  • Eileen
    07.01.21

I missed the customization because they changed the name so the emails were not flagged. Disappointed.

  • Mona (Ramona) Miner
    06.19.21

I am a new annual member and couldn’t make any customizations plus I still haven’t received my summer box or any info on it. So far I’m not very impressed.

    • Stephanie
      06.21.21

I am also an annual member and have received no info about the Summer 2021 box. I looked through some spoilers and am not impressed with the options available. 😞

      • Alison
        07.07.21

I am also an annual member and was never given an opportunity to customize my summer box. I checked the website regularly and it kept saying it wasn’t time yet. Then it said it was done for the summer season! I have just written them an email asking how they will correct the situation.

    06.12.21

As much as I love this box I am a seasonal member since it is what I can afford and hopefully soon seasonal members can pick items too. I don’t always like the choices they make for me.

    • Robin
      06.13.21

I didn’t realize I couldn’t make choices with out doing a full year and I would have been so upset knowing I would get the less popular items so after signing up and getting 20% off I had to do a whole year to choose me items and ended up getting no discount last month there were 7 items and idk if they meet to give me two extra as a welcome gift or gave me someone else add ons but I got 9 items and a post card it was great I signed up for more house hold them beauty for me and my boyfriend to get our new house ready this month was a lot of cosmetic I already get in Ipsy and boxy and this month I would have been only with them choosing some items for me but I can’t imagine not being able to choose and then getting the moisturizer with Shit her hazel if you already have dry skin I’m not happy with this months box but loves last months I regret doing a year and won’t do another one but if they have skin care item targeted towards certain skin types they should let you choose if I couldn’t choose and got moisturizer I couldn’t use I would be made and especially if I got the fork set over the necklace which I know that’s what they will give to those who can’t choose when you can grab a spoon from home as easy as you can that box because you have to bring it in to wash anyway not so alltrue if you ask me

  • shakingmyhead
    05.30.21

I would subscribe, but I can only afford a seasonal membership and wouldn’t be able to choose my items. So I would more than likely get the things I do not want. I will have to say no thank you unfortunately. Perhaps this sub will allow seasonal members to choose some items in the future.

    • Kelly Kneeland
      06.12.21

I know what you mean about getting items you don’t really want as a seasonal member.

      • Brenda
        06.25.21

As a Seasonal Box member she would not be able to Customize the items in the Box… Alltrue would pick them. Yes there is a chance she would not like an option(s) chosen for her.
