This is the review of the Get Lean Jump Rope Bundle.

The box lists everything in my Get Lean Set: a 1/4 lb rope, a 1/2 lb rope, and slim handles.

The inner lid of the box features steps on how to get started with exercising using your new jump ropes. First, you’d need to download the Crossrope app, create your profile and select your ropes, and then choose your workout or challenge!

The jump ropes are tailored to the user’s height and you will be able to select the corresponding size for your height upon sign-up.

There’s a custom cardboard packaging inside, ensuring that the items won’t move around during transit.

Everything in my box!

Get Lean Ropes ($99) There are 2 kinds of ropes included in my Get Lean box. Each rope provides a different kind of training. These weighted ropes are also tangle free and are great for weight loss, cardio, and strength training.

This white pouch can be used to store the ropes. It also makes it easy to bring the ropes anywhere!

Here’s the 1/2 lb jump rope, it comes in green! This rope is great for beginners and is used for advanced cardio training.

For advanced users, here’s the 1/4 lb Jump Rope which is great for endurance and HIIT workouts.

It’s nice to have different kind of ropes for specific workouts, it makes them more effective and fun!

Also included in the bundle are these light and easy-to-grip handles.

The patented fast clip system allows the user to change ropes easily for different kind of workouts.

It has an easy to operate locking system and the ring connector allows the rope to move freely when attached to the handles.

With its ultimate grip feature, workouts are now a bit easier for me! According to Crossrope, the recommended space needed when using this jumping rope is 10 feet front-to-back and 7 feet side-to-side. Also, the ceiling height should be roughly equal to your rope length.

Crossrope’s jump ropes are promising! They are portable and easy to use, so I can squeeze in a workout wherever and whenever. It’s ideal for home exercise, and also convenient enough to bring in case you’re going somewhere else. I like the Get Lean bundle because it’s perfect for my workout goals, like improving cardio. I also like the handles they provided because, compared to regular jump rope handles, they are easier to grip and they are not too heavy. I’ve enjoyed using this so far and I also like their user-friendly app. Getting a premium membership for the app would be worth it for those who want to take exercising seriously because it has a lot of content, like workouts you can learn and challenges that you can participate in! If you have a different fitness goal from mine, you can also check out their Get Strong bundle and Get Fit bundle!
