I am very upset 🙁 got an email March 2 saying my box has been shipped yet when I clicked on tracking number, no information had been updated. NOW when I click on it, it says it has been delivered somewhere in Montreal Quebec!!!! The tracking number says it’s been all over the place, from US to Canada back to US then to Montreal which is NOT where I am 🙁 I have emailed multiple times with no response. Can someone please help!!!
When does the Bam Ultra Box for February get sent out?
It was probably due to ship this week, but I know this company is located in Texas where the power failures are. There may be a delay, although I haven’t heard anything definitive. -Brandy
