    I love Ellen so much!
    However disappointed with terrible customer service. Not acceptable.
    Website will still not let me update my information.
    Bought for my friends as a perk up gift every few months. They just got fall and winter box together. Today. Siring one is already out. They will get 3 boxes all at once.
    If Ellen knew how bad the customer service has been she would be upset too.

    I was wanting to cancel my subscription before the winter box billing date. I was unable to get an actual person on the phone to cancel, since it wasn’t an option that was offered on the website. So i decided to send an email asking to cancel before the billing cycle, because it would put me in a tough spot due to covid.

    I recieved an email reply that they were working on updating the website, and it would be done late fall. The money came out of my account anyways, after trying to call and email a cancellation.

    I only just received my box today, when I was billed over 2 months ago. The quality of my Ellen box items are not what i expected. My wireless earbuds in the summer box didn’t even work. My little metal key thing lost the rubber tip after a couple days, and the beach towel lost its color and softness after one wash, and I even hung dry it.

    I was finally able to cancel my subscription, but what a freaking joke. Not letting me cancel and putting my bank account in a bad situation. And they charged me almost $70. All my other subscription boxes include free shipping. The Ellen box shipping was an additional $15 almost.

    Horrible customer service, and lack of caring about my concerns. DO NOT GET THIS BOX!!! Huge waste of money, and a nightmare to get out of. And all the stuff says be kind or ellen on it. Its not trendy to have all of your cheap ass products stamped with Ellen or Be Kind. I give away all the stuff because I have no use for it or it falls apart. I won’t even open my box i got today. Crossing my fingers I can sell it and get my money back.

      Wow I can’t Believe that this Business gets away with this Unbelievable BEHAVIOR, Be Kind, Just How Kind do you have to be when you get No RESPONSE from Anyone and can’t Access your Own Information to Cancel! I was Billed in October 2020 and STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANYTHING! I Filed a COMPLAINT with the Better Business Bureau and I Finally Got an Email that my 2 Boxes are on the way now! I read these Reviews to Hear its JUNK, WELL THAT IS GREAT! I REALLY THOUGHT BETTER OF ELLEN DEGENERES! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HER AGAIN! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

    This box is very disappointing. I was charged twice (once refunded due to a system glitch). I have yet to receive my box and it is now mid-Jan.
    Customer service is very poor. All contact extremely poor. Shame on you Ellen for offering this pathetic product and service. Demanding for my credit card to be refunded and ignored.

    This is the worst of the worst. The product values are grossly inflated, and there is next to zero customer service response. I fell hook, line and sinker for the lure so-called “surprise-and-delight” items that added about $60 to the membership price. NADA.

    I’ve had an open ticket for months. Now, I cannot even access my account. For weeks and weeks, the log-in page has come up with the following:

    I can’t recommend strongly enough that people steer clear and subscribe to one of the more reputably run subscription boxes.

    I have not received my winter box but was billed for it some time ago, looking at the spoilers not excited about it at all! I don’t like anything at all about this box and would never have spent $55 On it!

    I was charged not once but twice 11-2-2020 & 11-3-2020 and never have received any box .keep both boxes and refund my visa ASAP this has happened before and I’m done !!

    The lack of customer service is inexcusable.
    I also have been charged for annual subscriptions three time over $800.00 that were never renewed, the only recourse is submitting a fraud alert thru my Bank, I have emailed the “Zendesk”
    over a dozen times and this year it happen again, no response and money taken out of my account at a time when money is in short supply and Covid has taken over our lives.

    I’ve written several notes after the fall box came that my earbuds never worked. I’d love a replacement. But I’m most disappointed no one has contacted me. I really like the boxes but your service is not very good. Let’s see how you do this time

    What a hot mess. There is no way the puzzle is worth $45! and the rest, except the scarf, is all Ellen Branding. I have been charged THREE times for one sub. I have sent 7 emails which have all been ignored. DO NOT BUY this sub. It has gone downhill over the past year and is just not worth the trouble.
